I called this firm a while ago about a consumer case involving construction issues. The paralegal got back to me pretty quickly, and I was happy about that, but asked so few questions that he did not really get at any important points of the case. A few weeks went by and I asked if there were any movement, would the attorney take the case, and I was told it was still being evaluated and the paralegal had been out sick. Fast forward several more weeks and I still hadn't heard anything, so I messaged the paralegal again, who got back to me in a day and said they were going to pass on the case. Of course they were, they literally know 2% about it. It's really too bad because there are multiple legal issues clearly documented in this situation. Overall, the experience was crappy. I don't think it should take any law firm five or six weeks to tell you they're not going to take your case. That's not why I'm giving one star though, it's how they conducted themselves throughout this process. read more

I met with Paul Padda and his associate. They acted interested in my case and said they would do a little research and reach out in two weeks. Three weeks later, no contact. I contacted their office at least eight times over the next two months before I gave up. Every time I called I got the run around from the receptionist and my emails went unanswered. It's ok to not take a case, I totally understand that from a business perspective, however to not be authentic and forthcoming enough to let someone know is poor business practice, cowardly, and distasteful. Buyer Beware! This law firm will not follow through on commitments. I hired this law firm to assist with a traffic ticket and paid $100 by credit card. A business day later I cancelled and was told that the refund needed to be authorized. I will spare you the details of the many times I had to call, be on hold for over 40 minutes, receive a check in the mail a month later only to learn it bounced and I was charged a service fee by my bank. You would think I'd be writing about some small time business owner who is either incompetent or shady. This is a law firm. The bottom line is, nobody in the office wanted to take ownership of this matter, they never returned calls, and whenever I tried reaching someone who could give answers or make decisions, I was denied access. I am a professional organization and management consultant for decades and have observed that these types of issues usually indicate broader issues. While their legal services may be okay and you may be receiving the service quality you expect, their management procedures can easily blind side you and bite you in the rear. This review is 100% honest on my experience with them. ____________________________________________________________ I hit my head pretty bad, I don't remember much from that first month, just bits and pieces so I'll share what my memory allows me to. Back in 2021 I got into a car accident. I called Paul Padda Law when I was in the ER and they scheduled me to come in right away. Paul Padda Law is my go to for attorneys, I use them for everything so they all know me there, especially Ashley Pourghahreman, which she was the first one to tell me our first meeting with you after the accident, you were not yourself, you were gone. They were calling my name constantly when I was staring blankly at them. They were genuinely worried about me, so they scheduled to have me see a doctor right away. Ashley always called to check up on me, she made sure I had my appointments lined up a month in advance and called me up when I'd miss them, so I started setting up alarms on my phone, I had over 10 different alarms lol. After going to my appointments, two of the doctors told me I would need surgery for my neck. I absolutely refused! I am young, I am very healthy, I don't smoke, I don't drink, I've never done drugs in my life, and I've never gotten into an accident before. I felt like my body was going to recover on its own as long as I go to treatments. Boy was I wrong! I was still going to work, I called out a lot but I still had to work because I have bills to pay and kids to support. At one point I was so depressed because I was worried about bills, my kids, being in so much pain, not sleeping, not eating, not being able to use the bathroom on my own, and so much more. My body and mind gave up. I called Paul and I told him I don't want to go to treatments anymore, I don't feel like it's working because still I'm in so much pain and I hated going to all these different doctors, it was extremely overwhelming. I just wanted to crawl in a cave and just stay there forever! Paul calmed me down and he helped me that day. He told me not to quit, not to give up, not to lose hope and that everything was going to be ok. I'm so glad Paul took the time to speak with me because a couple months later my body finally gave up and I lost my vision. I don't remember how long but that's when I decided I needed to get surgery and get it over with. I didn't want to get surgery but I had no choice, so I literally cried like a baby. After surgery I had some issues and Ashley always called to checked up on me. She's such a sweetheart. Months later after recovery and still going to doctors and therapy Paul's team worked extra hard to close my case out. Sri was on her phone all day negotiate with the adjuster "on her day off". Ashley called me 5 times that day to give me update lol. The whole team knew my case needed to be closed out, it was a long stressful journey! Tony was the person assigned to her case and he didn't do anything other than yelling and insulting. He sends them to a chiropractor and pain clinic that were very unprofessional and gave the wrong treatment. I'm a medical professional and at the hospital we never send people drowsy out to their way without anyone to pick them up. That Nevada Spine Clinic it's horrible and they work together with this law office to scam people. Over prices, useless treatment and doctors and front lobby staff don't care. They reported how they were treated at this clinic and this law office didn't care or do anything. He didn't want to fight the case, telling my mom it was too difficult (knowing and having proof of the other person hitting them in the back of her car). Short story Paul Padda took over the case met with my sister and mom said he will fight the case and get the compensation. So they won the case, but they took their money and left my mom with a broken neck and shoulder. They argued that she got a lot of treatment and want to charge $7,000 for a letter they sent to court without my mom's prior authorization. Laughed at her just for being a Hispanic who needs translator and took her money. Just go to a lawyer that doesn't make you go through a lot of distress on top of the one you already have after an accident. Do NOT believe the stars. The 4 and 5 stars are fake or people getting payed to do it. Look at the low stars and you'll hear the truth. They pay you to work with them and then drop you after you have finished therapy. I worked at Fast Towing a company Paul works with to rob employees of they're workers compensation. I got hit while at work and my boss payed me $500 to use Paul Padda. I heard I was even robbed in that because it was supposed to be $1500 but my boss is in with them so he robbed me too. After I finished my therapy and had to take an MRI because I was really hurt supposedly, Paul dropped my case. They sent me a letter with the $15,000 bill attached to it saying they were dropping my case. I called them to verify and nobody called me back. They look for loopholes and they know that we will not afford to sue them back for theft and mistreatment. I think they got payed for my case and dropped me just in time. Or they get payed through the clinic when we are forced to pay the medical bills. They won't even let you pay with medicaid if your case was unfairly dropped. I had the worst situation happen to me when I got a tattoo from Sin City Ink tattoo shop. When I spoke with the tattoo artist I explained my story behind the tattoo and why it was so personal to me. He did the tattoo great and asked me to come back to get a free touch up, so I did. During the touch up I did not look over because I don't like seeing the needle and the whole process because it made me nervous so I stayed on my phone the whole time. After he was done he decided to take it upon himself to add extra unnecessary shading that I never asked for and ruined the tattoo that I wanted as well as took away from the beauty of it. He did not seem to care one bit and made excuses saying that it would make the tattoo look good, even though I never requested him to do any of that. After being so hurt, shocked, and angry I had called the owner to discuss the situation. He offered to fix it and I told him there was no fixing what was done because I didn't want the shading. I also told him that his artist never had me sign any type of consent form before going to have my tattoo done. He asked what I'd like to do and I said I need to have it removed from laser removal and to have the tattoo artist pay for it. He agreed, but several days after that he said it was not his responsibility and to take it up with his artist. I informed the tattoo artist and he didn't seem very willing to take care of it or took it seriously. Not to mention he and owner were very rude in texts and on the phone about the whole situation. At this point, I was upset and very outraged that he was not willing to try to fix his own mistake. I called different lawyers' offices for three days straight. Every person I talked to thought the matter was silly, some did not want to take it at all, and others kept trying to refer me to the state bar. I was getting more upset and overwhelmed about the situation and came across Paul Padda's number. I spoke to his legal assistant who was very kind and understanding of the situation. I gave her all my information and was surprised I got called back to come in for a meeting. I explained to Paul the seriousness of the situation and the meaning of the tattoo and why it was so important. Paul was very sympathetic and so was his team. They made me feel so relieved and helped made me feel so much better that they would be helping me with the situation. I am so glad I came across his number. He was the only one willing to help and he did more than just that, with helping me feel comfortable, at ease, and like I was I mattered.
