Took my 2023 f150 to get washed and graphene coated (he had done other vehicles that were done well). Asked for progress pictures which I never got,complained about having to do a clay bar on the vehicle to which I responded by saying I'll give another $100. When I came to pick the vehicle up it was in a dark shop with only one light on. I quickly noticed sanding marks and fish eyes on the passenger fender. Paul noticed my interest in that fender and asked yeah how long ago was that fixed? It looks fresh. I responded by saying this truck has never been in any type of accident nor had any paint work done. He argues about it,I look the truck over in the dark shop and appears to have dirt still on it. I pay him while still being not satisfied and take it home the 3 miles to look at it in the light. Truck looks horrible! I text him with date stamped photos of the truck before showing NO damage and state I want my money back to which he responds I already spent it(15mins later). Now I have to pay to paint a fender in a 2yr old truck while out the 600 for detail that was NEVER done. I would run from this detailer. Worst experience I've ever had from service to people skills. Then states I'm showing my true nature. Horrible business ethics. read more

Paul the detailer did 3 different vehicles for me and he is the best detailer i nave ever used. Paul went above and beyond what you would expect from this type of detailing he did the ceramic coating on all 3 vehicles and the came out great and polished the wheels on my 05 jeep wrangler and they look brand new again. He is a very hard worker and it doesn't matter what time of day it is if he says he is going to finish your vehicle you can rely on him to get it done that does not happen very often nowadays very good work ethics. Paul detailed, polished, paint corrected, and ceramic coated a Mini Cooper Countryman that I saved from a life of living in the detrimental Florida sun. I thought I was going to have to get this Mini repainted if he could not help (water deposits, sun fading and road grime damage were so bad). These two men are the best! My vehicle was used by my son for two weeks, he works in construction and my car was a hot mess!!!! I went to Paul with my Ford F-150 that was filthy, 6 months with no wash and my 24x14 aluminum American force rims that were also very dirty that seemed like they were ruined and Paul was able to make my truck and rims look brand new. If you have a truck or need rims to get polished go to this place he takes his time and has been doing it for over 30 years with a ton of experience. I was looking to have a vehicle and sportster ceramic coating and fully detailed. Paul has stated he runs multiple pages to avoid FB ad fees. Circumventing fees is a back handed way to cheat another company which provides us all world wide customers or in my case clients. Please proceed with caution!!!!!
