Additionally right after the collision the driver side window stopped working and was stuck in the open position. When I dropped the car off I told them to also repair the window because it had to get fixed regardless whether if the insurance covered it or not. I was going to pay for the window repair separately myself. Over the course of the 19 days I reminded them twice more about the window, and about fixing it. They ended up never fixing the window. So I had to take my car to a different shop after the body work was done. The repair work on the bumper was done very well. But unfortunately it took a long time to finally get my car back.
