Cushions came with white foam which my wife cannot use. Simon Boyd Chester did not ring back as they said so I went in to see them and they tried to tell me that white is the same as yellow!!! I only wanted them to swap the foam but now I have to get a solicitor involved. Nice people to deal with when buying but when there is an issue they try to lie their way out of what seems to be a simple resolution.
