    I ordered blinds in May and cancelled them less than 24 hours later …read more Still waiting for the refund of £291 paid by card still not had it paid back in September . I'm in my 80's and can't afford to loose this sort of money , I've been reading some of the reviews , seems like I'm not the only one thinking this is DISGRACEFUL way to treat customers ,. Visited our house 7 weeks ago and we agreed a price for supplying and fitting eleven blinds (stupidly gave him a 50% deposit (over £600) and was told to expect fitting in 3-4 weeks. Started to chase them a couple of weeks ago as we hadn't heard anything. At this point the blinds were apparently made and he was lining someone up to fit them. Paul promised that the installer would be in touch to fit first batch of blinds. Surprise, surprise - no one called! Chased again only to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse. At this point we smelt a rat so resorted to sending emails in order to have something on record. They replied to email but stupidly left their internal correspondence on the email trail highlighting their lack of professionalism. We then received a call from their office saying that they were cancelling our order as they didn't have time to make the blinds (that were apparently already made according to an earlier conversation!!!) At this point I found Paul's mobile number on a website, but he seemed to have developed an aversion to taking my calls. I really felt for the lady in the office who was left to field the calls and it appears that she has been taken on to sort out the company as issues like the one detailed above are not uncommon. We have now had the money refunded but if you find yourself in a similar position you need to be very firm with them and don't hesitate to instigate Court proceedings, I was amazed how simple the process is.

Once they've taken your money, they completely disappear. Despite advertising a one-year warranty, when I contacted them for assistance they refused to send anyone out. Instead, they lazily redirected me to their website for "troubleshooting," which I had already tried with no success. Zero support, zero accountability. This company is quick to sell but utterly useless when problems arise. The after-sales service is disgraceful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away -- this is one of the worst service experiences I've had.

    Extremely poor fitting of blind. Fitter rushing job, used wrong screws and was going nuts because…read morethe screws were snapping when trying to drill the screws straight into metal instead of drilling a hole first.. He was asked to leave as was really rude to me. Manager apologised and sent a second filter out. When she took the poorly fitting pelmet and blind down, we could see he'd bent the bracket, screws were sticking out of the wall, he'd gone up both sides of my wall with his drill leaving black scuff marks and had ripped the wallpaper.. And he had left it like that, as finished, no apology for the damage done. Second fitter did a better job, and her screws didn't snap!! She asked if she could take photos of the pathetic job he'd done to show to her manager. I got huge apology but that was it,considering the damage done. I will have to paint my whole lounge now as the difference in colour will show if I only paint the sides. So phoned Hannahs blinds back and asked for the cost of some paint, as this negligence on their part... And feel this was more than fare on my part as I could have asked for more.. And I got £20.. Really big of them.. All I can do now is hope that the rips don't show. I wish I'd gone elsewhere and definitely will when I get the rest of the house done. Also wish I'd read the other bad reviews on Trust pilot first and I wouldn't have used them. My advice, avoid this firm
