She is sweet, kind, with a beautiful welcoming smile. She's very professional and always tries to accommodate my schedule. OMG! Dr. Kerns is fantastic! I went to her at a time that I felt my pain will never leave me especially because I suffer from so many conditions. She sat with me explained everything that was going on with my body. Truthfully, I don't know what I would do without her. She has helped me tremendously with my chronic pain. For the first time, I found relief and someone that truly understands my pain. He has approximately zero bedside manor. Not to mention he never wrote anything down and acted like he had no idea who I was the several times I was in there. The only reason I kept going back is because I felt trapped and that I had no other choice. I have a rare bladder disease and he ACTED like he knew exactly how to make treatment plans...Um no. This man straight up talked to me like I was a completely different person every time. Even talked to me about a baby multiple times even though I am not and never have been pregnant. He spent at most 5 minutes with me each time I went to see him (which was only 3 times) and each time he had no established treatment plan to help me live a normal life. He never believed my pain and never answered any of my questions in a way a normal human being could understand. I'm writing this because I don't want anyone to go through what I went through at this doctors office. Save yourself the time and find someone else. TRUST ME.
