For the past six months I've basically been gaslighting myself into thinking that I like it when it was honestly pretty bad. I just got my hair done at another salon yesterday and they asked me who messed up my hair so badly. It's basically like I had two different hair cuts and the layers were just two levels of hair with absolutely no fading and it was WAAAAY too short and honestly isn't really fixable unless I just chop it all off. The person who cut my hair was very nice but went in with the shearing scissors way too much. Don't think I'm going back even if the hair cut was only $40.

The room the facial was in, was even colder, and there's no warm blanket in the bed. I was freezing the whole time. Second, the towels she wiped my face with, were put on the floor. I was so grossed out by that. Third, I specified what I needed to focus on, and was completely ignored. I could easily put some stuff on my face, and wipe it off. I needed a good cleaning, and just didn't get it. I will never go back. Please do some serious changing, because I was really excited to find a close place to get facials at, but can't look past these things.

After 28 years of military haircuts, having a salon experience is a wonderful simple pleasure. The shop is peaceful and calm and it is something I look forward to regularly.
