TitleQuest More like extremely difficult side quest. This…read moreplace goes out of its way to make your life difficult. First, they have you drive 30 mins for signing, which is to be expected. At this point for weeks you've been working with person A. Well they send in person B to handle your signing. Person B is a used car salesman that rushes through every document and gets annoyed when you question the docs. But you sign and leave. But that is when the real quest begins. Then they call you at 4pm (they close at 5) to tell you that they forgot a document and you have to come back. Fine, you make it work and drive another 30 mins. They tell you to come back between 3 and 5 the following day for your check. The next day you show up at 3 and they tell you "oh, we don't have your check" and that you'll have to come back tomorrow. You ask to speak to person A and she shows up and tells you she will personally call you the next day when your check is ready. But you've now wasted $50 worth of gas because they can't get their stuff together or communicate properly. The next day comes and you get an email, NOT a phone call, that your check is "up front". You arrive to get your check but it's not up front so you end up waiting. You then have to ask for a copy of all the documents that you were told you would be sent but weren't. Avoid at ALL costs.

She was trying the 800# that was pushing her to contact a local agent and they were all closed. She had moved but her previous local agent was Paula. She got in contact with Paula and despite the office being closed on Saturday, Paula got her insurance in place got her a binder and ID card so she could drive her car home. Amazing act of kindness and customer service you only get with someone like Paula Faivre, Superstar Agent.

The agent was polite and gave me a good quote (though as is…read moreexpected, kept trying to push for coverages I did not need) but ONE MONTH after paying in full for 6 months for the car insurance and getting a receipt for it and being assured that i will get my final insurance card in the mail, I get a rude letter from State Farm that my insurance will be cancelled within 3 days of receipt of the letter giving no valid reason whatsoever. When I call the agent, he is clueless too - he assures he will to the bottom of it (wastes precious time as I inch towards being uninsured) but comes back with a higher quote. This agent does not seem to be genuine - why would they be clueless about the company's verdict then? Either that or they are purposely fradulent. Stay away!
