Allstate has been the worse to deal with. I have taken time off of work to get estimates which either they don't show up or call back to even schedule. I've emailed a bunch of photos and sent estimates of people who DID show up to quote the repairs. Allstate finally paid a partial claim sending it to my credit union that I haven't done business with in over 15 years even though I still have my IRA's and VISA with them. My Zelle account is tied to my Wells Fargo Bank so I have no idea why they sent it to my CU account? They don't ask you what bank to send to, they use your email or telephone number of which BOTH are tied to my Wells Fargo Account? Now I am fighting to get the other half of the claim paid that they said they never received?? The whole claim was sent together. Push comes to shove I will sue the insured in small claims and Allstate will have to defend him and pay the claim. When I read the other complaints it makes me wonder how they stay in business! My best guess is they wear you down hoping you'll settle for less or just go away...What an ordeal. Allstate is the worst.

Sherry Vincent's office is right around the corner from my house so I called and PAM WARD answered the phone. The process was so easy, I just gave her my VIN numbers from my Geico cards, she asked a few more questions and BAM.. just like that, multi vehicle and my home owners all through State Farm and my car insurance is $120 cheaper a month than I was paying after 7 years with the other place and I have all the same coverage. The work took about a week, and my insurance set me up with a rental through Hertz. I'm a highly careful and responsible driver, and I haven't actually had to use my insurance very much. It's good to know that when I need it, it's there. (Now that I actually type that, I guess it's an obvious statement, since that's how insurance works. Duh.) Still, it deserves to be said here. I needed my insurance, and it worked, and very well. Having to arrange car repairs on top of caring for an infant, not to mention regular life responsibilities and work and everything else... It could have been unbearably stressful, and State Farm helped ease the difficulty considerably. I've had insurance through State Farm for about six years, and while I don't believe I've ever met Mrs. Heath, I would love to give a shout out to Jacqueline Sislak. She the representative we've worked with during that time, and she's been marvelous. She's diligent, thoughtful, and incredibly nice to our kids (You'd be surprised how often that isn't the case.) However, with a straight face he said the cost was $900. I called my regular tire shop and got 4 new tires for $600. The employee then asked if that price included the alignment (it does) and I responded even if it didn't it would not cost $300. I am a long time member and will continue to be so. However, you should always compare prices especially if the price sound outrageous.
