STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

What can I say about Anya and her team? They are wonderful, amazing, perfect! I hired Small Dog in…read morethe summer of 2011 to help me deal with the nightmare of a website another developer had built. I LOVE Anya because she speaks to me in English and doesn't try to talk over my head in technical terms to try to justify her bill. Anya and her team worked diligently for months to try to fix the issues with the site I had. They were able to correct many things and made a 500% improvement from what it was. This was expensive and tedious and cost me a significant amount of business. Anya was honest enough to tell me it would be more cost effective to build a new site then continue to dump money in to the site I had (which was a total piece of junk). She built me an AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL site that not only looks classy but is super functional. The new site saves me an average of 60 man hours per week so the expenditure for the new site paid for itself in less than 3 months. I also use them for ongoing administration of my website, product photography, and graphic design. They ALWAYS meet their deadlines and turn out work that looks much more expensive than it was. I could not be happier with Small Dog and have sent them many referrals. I honestly don't know what I would do without their outstanding service or how I survived before hiring them !

Enter Tony Wire, the co-manager of Wine 661 along with his partner in and out of the bar, owner Tanya Green. Every time I came into the bar, complaining about my blog being slow, the limits I had, how one day I might want to grow and be taken slightly more seriously, Tony always had all of the answers. So, when I was ready, it seemed that Tony had already done the work as I was live in a couple of days! So today's article, or maybe I should say "pairing", will get Beaconeers up to date on wine, websites and Wire. EB: Tell us about your websites. I've seen some awesome think-out-of-the-site-box ideas on your own website. I know, for me, you gave me some instructions as to looking at sites and then letting you know what I liked... TW: I don't really have a "theme" when building a website. I take a look the company / individual and I go from there. I really take time to learn the company / individual I am designing for so that their website is a true reflection on who they are and what they do. I have been doing websites for about 12 years and I try and learn something new everyday. I have backgrounds in both art and architecture, so I really have an eye for this type of work. EB: How are you able to divide your time between Wine 661 and PixelPerfectInc.com? I'm guessing that most of what you do is passion-driven, much like mine for wine, is that how you are able to do so much? TW: Good question, I am focused on my company (Pixel Perfect Inc.) but I am also at Wine 661 whenever I am needed. I am able to deal with this crazy schedule because I love what I do. It doesn't matter if I am pouring wine or designing for a company, it is not work for me - it is fun. EB: Do you have a favorite website-building story? TW: My favorite website building story, hmmmmm. I think it was the day I was handed a check from my first client. That was the moment I knew that I had made it. I no longer had to design and work under someone else's ideas. I was able to finally use my imagination and skill to be creative. I really love what I do and I can't imagine doing something else. Also remember, it is not only websites that I build, I also do marketing, company branding and print work. (This story, written by me, was originally posted in the WestRanchBeacon.com but I have full writes for publishing.)

They re-designed my website so it looks much better than before and did a lot of "search engine optimization" to it. Now it lands in the top one or two results in just about any search engine, which obviously results in more traffic to my site and more customers through my door. I couldn't be happier with the service, design, results and flexibility. They work with any budget to get it all done or just what you can afford for the time being. After pricing others for the same services, this is the best bang for your buck. I highly recommend them!

My rep., Zach Schultz, takes the utmost care of me and my business - he is both professional and personable at the same time. I recommend them to everyone for marketing needs. As a response to some of the negative reviews here, I would simply opine that marketing does not equate to being a good business or good product If they are advertising aggressively but failing to see returns, it's most likely an internal problem with that business and not that of Scorpion.

After months of working with them, the reality couldn't be further from what they sold us. * Minimal Results: Despite their flashy talk of "AI-powered SEO" and "Revenue MAX", we saw virtually no meaningful improvement in organic rankings, traffic, or qualified leads. * Overpriced & Misleading: For what they charge, you'd expect measurable ROI. Instead, most of what they deliver leans on expensive PPC campaigns while calling it "SEO." * No Transparency: We asked for clear data on results and ROI and got generic reports with no real accountability. * Lock-In Tactics: What they don't tell you upfront is that if you ever want to leave, you risk losing your website and campaign data because they control the assets. In short, Scorpion overpromises and underdelivers. They burned through our budget with little to show for it. Don't be fooled by the buzzwords or their aggressive sales pitch--if you're a business owner serious about growth, look elsewhere.
