Went along for a free photoshoot for a dogs trust competition on Facebook. The service from the start was not the greatest as the whole experience felt rushed an somewhat clumsy. We had a dog and a baby so it was going to be difficult but there was zero prompting or tips on how to stand etc to make sure we got the best photo possible. Even though this was a free shoot the sales side was evident from the start and we had already decided we wanted a few photographs. After the shoot was done which if I'm honest felt that it didn't go well as the photographer didn't seem to have a good setup or plan in place we got told to come back another day for viewing. So when we went back to view the photos it was a case of here is the price list choose what you want. We looked through and selected a number of photos we liked and asked for some for a frame. The only package that gave digital and a frame was, wait for it. £350!!!! So anyway fast forward 5 weeks and I now have my photos. They are decent but they have not had any editing or work done on them so I'm beginning to wonder why the high price. I can't give the USB back and get my money back so I am stuck with them. Take my advice and don't use this company. You would be cheaper buying a half decent camera and taking the photos yourself. Oh and I asked if I could come back later and buy more on a usb I was told no we just delete them when you buy the ones you want. So they give you 10 on a usb, 3 in a frame all for £350 but delete the other images. So why not just give us them all on the USB? It's not like the ones you select get any work done on them. My friend and I recently visited Paula for a boudoir photoshoot...we were both extremely nervous and apprehensive due to the nature of the shoot. Within the first few moments of crossing the studio doors our nerves left as we were greeted by the most friendliest team. Our make up artist was fantastic and got us so excited, the photographers were masters of their trade knowing exactly how to get the best photo with novices and showing us what they were snapping as they went, relaxing us and filling us more with confidence. We were invited back for a viewing night to choose what photos we would like, can I say how enjoyable this experience was too, with no sales pressure which you kind of expect. We picked up our photos yesterday and walked out of Paulas studio brimming with confidence and a cheeky wee glint in our eye at how good this team made us look. A fantastic experience and a perfect gift for anyone to help build their confidence...thank you ladies for making my friend and I feel so good about ourselves. read more
