This particular branch in Bold Street is smaller than the one in St. John's Precinct yet it still sells most items but in less quantity as one would expect. It gets crammed when there are a lot of customers present; every time I walk past this shop, it always seems to be packed with a big queue. Sometimes it does get a bit frustrating when there is only one person at the till serving. The store is also very warm which does feel agitating. Due to these reasons, the other branch would be a better alternative and it's a lot more spacious. Above all, the Card Factory is definitely my usual place to purchase cards.

I attended this establishment to purchase a card for my girlfriend's 21st and found that the choice and variety of products on offer was astounding and it really left me feeling very impressed. It is always refreshing to see staff that actually care and this place certainly had that and they left me feeling like a very valued and appreciated customer.
