Instead, I was offered a discounted rate to have it re-pierced -- not a full waiver, even though this was clearly not a fault on my end. But the manager showed zero remorse, offered no solution that reflected any genuine customer service, and left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. Now I'm left without a piercing and can't afford to get it re-done because they wouldn't take accountability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this felt like a complete lack of care for their clients. Do better. PS. the person who put in my stud was very lovely and seems experienced. At no point did she attempt to be helpful -- instead, she made it clear she had no interest in resolving the problem and treated me as if I had done something wrong. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone representing a customer-facing business. I've had positive experiences at other locations, but this interaction left a very negative impression. I strongly hope management addresses this, as no customer should be treated this way.

I went to adrenaline looking to get a second opinion and they said that migration or rejection is due to the piercing itself more so than the person's anatomy. I thought that was interesting and found both places to have a reasonable backing to their explanation (but then again, I don't know that much to begin with). Overall, the experience at Adrenaline was pleasant and there was minimal pain. I give this place a 4 as I think they can be more thorough with explaining their equipment prep procedure and the aftercare for piercing. Meaning they actually cut into your skin, tattoo artists are trained in this and understand the proper procedures to keep people safe and sanitary. Lee was the artists name. I was impressed enough on my "cheap" first visit to pay full price for the second. He was very concerned on making my brows look natural. He spent 10 minutes watching me do facial expressions to make sure the brows he drew were natural. I must say the process is fit for erotica novels.
