Come Thursday, t-storms were predicted for the morning, so we called to see about that. Allegheny Outfitters VOLUNTEERED to to refund our res, because t-storms. I was completely prepared to write off the pre-paid trip, AO says that they will refund if THEY cancel the trip. We cancelled, they refunded. Before I could tell them to keep the payment. They were very helpful over several phone conversations while we were deciding what to do, which took more than 5 minutes each time. These people are amazing.

He wanted to argue and possibly thought that we were haggling. But when we pointed out to him the price on the rack, which was in eyeshot of the register he became a bit defeated.
