I'd give ten stars if I could! When my brand new LG TV that I had purchased only a few weeks prior (yikes!) gave up on me, LG referred me to Paul's TV for repair. I was already frustrated with the sub-par customer service I was getting with LG, but Norma at Paul's TV was so helpful and kind that she restored my faith in a company's ability to actually treat customers with dignity. She was patient and answered all of my crazy questions and followed up with me at every turn. The technician they sent, Sergey -- who, by the way, arrived within the timeframe that was quoted -- was equally professional and knowledgeable and fixed my TV in no time. I ordered a part and it took 9 days to receive it sent an email to let them know I brought another television because of the long delivery time and would send the part back unopened and refused it , I understand the try it if it doesn't work send it back because people will switch parts etc but to refuse the part not open the box and not get all my money back is a scam to honest people I paid $69 some was for delivery I'm told I'm getting $47 back because of the restocking fee and the redelivery charge I know for a fact if that wasn't written on the website it was taken as take what you want out of my money for their slow delivery time and me waiting was buyers remorse read more

My 38" curved LG computer monitor died after 7 years. It's impossible to find someone willing to even take a look at those. Sergey told me to bring it over and he would give me a free estimate. If it's impossible to repair, he would recycle it for me for free. He was able to get an original replacement part from LG so I went ahead with the repair. Judge for yourself. They gave me a 12-2 service window then arrived at 11:30 when I wasn't available. I called at 12:20 to apologize that I was late and ask them to come back if the technician was still in the area. No one answered the phone for 20 minutes. When they did answer, they told me it's a $65 fee to send him back. So LG is going to schedule a different company. I will say that the phone calls I had with them were friendly and they probably would have earned a 5-Star review if they had been a little flexible and completed the job. Either way, beware of $65 fees, as you'll see in some of the other negative reviews here. read more

When my nice Sony 65" flat screen I've had for only 5 years shut off and refused all efforts to reset it I thought "here we go again". I've had another tv that died and was told it wasn't worth fixing but Sergey convinced me it was worth a try. He found an easy and inexpensive way to fix my tv that didn't involve ordering and waiting a week or two for a replacement board. I had a very unusually problem with my TV, it would intermittently shut down and became very difficult to diagnosis. Sergey picked up our tv and kept it at the shop until he could recreate the problem. He fixed it and after a few months we had the problem again. The issue being the tv not the repair. He worked with us and Sharp and even though the tv was well out of warranty Sharp agreed to fix it at no additional charge. Sergey is prompt, helpful and great to work with. Small shop, friendly service. It took a week to get the piece they needed to fix my Samsung TV (They're certified) but I wish that I knew it was going to take THAT long to get it fixed. I wobbled on buying a new TV once I found out how much it cost and how long it was going to take, but the receptionist is really nice, and the guys fixing the TVs were willing to stay open later to accommodate their banker hours of 9 to 5 which does not work for everyone. Don't confuse this place with another place by the same name. The guys who run this place are top notch. They fixed my Samsung 50" 3D plasma that had water damage thanks to a leaking bath tub. I didnt have the classic 'click of death' that most samsungs have, but I figured it was something similar. It was a combination of blown capacitors and wet circuitry. They replaced the parts and its working great ever since. Pauls TV Co is a authorized Samsung repair place. They also sell some of their 'fixed' tv's. Its cheaper if you drop it off than to have them come to your place. read more

It's with great pleasure that I give Paul's 5 out of 5 stars! They were absolutely fantastic in repairing my Samsung plasma PN 64E7000. Late last year the set started to power cycle and about two weeks ago it stopped turning on altogether. Norma and Elena run the phones and they were very kind. They put me in touch with Sergey and from my description he knew exactly what was wrong with my set and how to fix it. He mentioned that Samsung (and most other manufacturers) and continuously using cheaper and cheaper parts. So, my power board had gone out and he had it fixed, at our residence, in less than 30 minutes. I found him to be personable, competent and professional. We needed help with out large screen tv and it was not under warranty. We called this place and set up an appointment. The technician arrived on time, was polite and professional. He advised me that he needed to take the tv to the store for the repair. He wrapped the tv carefully. When repair was done he brought it back and reinstalled it. When we had to call a week later because of a relapse, we were not charged , and it was fixed. They had to come one more time for another repair as the tv is older. Say what you want. You're shady and a liar. All you need to do is to have your employee tell customers to ignore LG's MULTIPLE appointment confirmations with you guys. You do this EVERY DAY. I might do this once every 10 years (at most), so I go by what LG tells me. And next time be upfront about your fees. Tell people u'll charge them $65 if the TV is not off the wall, so they can move on before you waste SOOOO much of their time. You think I'm a psychic, I can just close my eyes and magically sense all your fees????... The other company said they would help me put the TV back up, but they're still waiting for a panel because u took the last one in stock... Why are u even in TV business if you don't want to HELP people get their TV off the wall?? Maybe instead of fixing TVs, you should go into fixing cell phones. I got a busted pixel on my 50 inch Samsung Plasma and the warranty department connected me to Paul's TV to fix it. From start to finish it was outrageously bad and I never got my pixel fixed (by them). First, the woman on the phone was extremely rude to me. She was very ill-mannered. She demanded that I go out and by a digital camera so that I could take a picture of the screen so that they didn't have to send anyone out to my apartment. So I called Samsung and told them this and they said that of course I didn't have to spend any more money on camera's or developing pictures. Then she closed my ticket because she couldn't reach me during my work hours and she never once left a message. The only time she left a message was to tell me she was closing the ticket. Then I got another work order via Samsung Warranty and they finally agreed to send someone out. The man came and looked at the TV and said he wouldn't fix it. That it wasn't covered in the warranty. I called back Samsung and they said of course it was covered. It's only a 10 month old TV. This time I asked them to refer me to anyone other service center except Paul's TV. They were kind enough of to oblige. I suggest you do the same thing. read more

We reported it on a Sunday night (8pm), Paul's TV called us the next morning and came out THAT DAY (Monday at 4pm). Right as my TV's warranty ended, black pixelated lines started showing up on my screen. First it was one line, then two, till my TV was split in half. It's 65 inches and I didn't want to lug it around town trying to get quotes. I honestly didn't know how much a repair like that would cost. Paul's TV was the first place we called.
