Every time I go into the Shawnee location I feel like I am an inconvenience not a valued customer. I've thought maybe the managers indifference and unfriendliness is due having him a bad day but it's like this every time. I've visited the Moore location because they had what I needed in stock and they were so friendly. I called to check on prices and again so helpful and friendly. There is a stark difference. I don't expect a red carpet just common courtesy and customer service. I worry the Shawnees location indifference will cause a mistake to be made. I've also visited Sherwin Williams across the street and they have always been helpful and friendly. If I am forced to go to Shawnee for paint supplies I will just go to Sherwin Williams.

This was obviously devastating to hear after a large expense. I would never have made the purchase had I known the risk.
