After much stroking of chins and 'it'll cost ya' type conversations, finally we met Mike who gave a quote to remove our Liquidambar which was MUCH more competitive. He turned up on the day (though a little later than first suggested) and the team set to felling our massive tree. Meanwhile, they sent the invoice of FULL quote, and our strata manger paid it. And when we called them asking when they will complete the rest of the work, they said all the job have been done and refuse to share us any information. This is clearly a fraud, invoicing customers for works they haven't performed. Please act cautiously when you choose to hire them
