But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. She showed up a few minutes late with a bag of lemons and limes. The woman in charge of our venue was waiting for her and asked for her insurance. Tamecia was able to pull it up on her phone and let Ginger read through it. On doing so it was discovered that her insurance expired the previous month. Ginger told her how easy it was to renew it online and she went out to her car. We thought she was getting the insurance issue taken care of but SHE NEVER CAME BACK IN! She left us high and dry with no bartender. Very unprofessional! Luckily our venue was able to provide two of their employees (the venue itself was insured). Bottom line: we would never recommend this company for bartending service. Also, we have asked to be reimbursed our $330 dollars we paid her since she was not able (or decided not to) perform the service. To date she has not done that. Another very unprofessional thing.
