They work with you, drop off set up and pick up the items. Before they leave they make sure that you are satisfied with the placement of tents and bounce houses and are just really nice guys. Everything was a huge hit and soooooo much fun! At no additional charge, Time to Play generously gave us extension cords and some extra gear (including cones to make an obstacle course for the ride-on horses). We paid only $200 for the moonwalk, as we chose to pick it up and set it up ourselves. Set-up was quick and easy, and the printed instructions they provided were super helpful. We would rent from Time to Play again in a heartbeat!

I got their name wrong, and he said "who is that? I don't know anybody by that name". Obviously trying to shame me for calling him another name. Very poor business skills. I have 5 kids, so they could have made a killing off of me. I took my business and money elsewhere.

Buyer Beware and STAY AWAY!!…read more We called for a bounce house/water slide rental for my 9 year old's birthday party as we were in a pinch because ours wouldn't inflate properly. We made arrangements for the delivery and set-up the next day (by they way, you don't get it for a day - only for 4 hours!). When speaking to the owner (Jim) on the phone, he mentioned that they will not take your credit card on the phone but will the next day. This turns out to be part of the scam below. So the next day, the employee shows up to set it up and gets the owner on the phone to demand we pay cash on the spot. Mind you this is one hour before the party starts and we have 15 kids coming over. In a word: Extortion!! He claims his credit card machine is not working - and apparently that's my problem now. I decide I am going to play hardball and tell him he needs to figure out a way to use my credit card or they can leave. Miraculously, he gets the machine to work when he tries "one last time". Upon further discussion he admits he always prefers cash due to the service fee with the card company so it's obvious they were trying to strong arm us to save 3% or so - not the recipe for strong customer relationships. It gets better - the employee setting up the inflatable tells me he will be done in 15 minutes, which he is but he positioned it so that it was on top of the children's play structure in our yard overlapping the slide. As he tried to drive away I mentioned this to him and his response was that "it will take over an hour to move" (note - it only took 15 minutes to set up) and when I requested he move it he told me "that ain't gunna f***ing happen". At that point I was on my own. Appalling and disgusting behavior toward customers. STAY AWAY!!!!!
