I requested a quote for aeration, de-thatching & fertilization for my residential property. Didn't receive for several days, despite assurances of a prompt reply. When I finally did receive a quote, it was for weekly maintenance. Pointed this out, and received assurances that it was a mistake, and a quote for the services I did request would be immediately forthcoming. It's been over 2 weeks, and still have seen/heard nothing. Guess this company is really not interested in this work, but if that's the case, why not just come out and say so....
