For a rental advertised a newly refurbed some bits were disappointing. The bathroom needs replacing as it's quite tatty especially the bath panel and the shower output is really weak, towels very rough. The kitchen looked nice and has everything you need but the units could do with a scrub. The veg drawer in the fridge had been left quite mucky by previous users and had not been cleaned. Living room very comfortable and spacious with TV, WiFi plus loads of up to date DVDs. Beds lovely and comfortable although the duvet covers looked a bit faded and old. Overall the cottage seems a bit tired and in need of a good clean, there were quite a few cobwebs especially in the conservatory with dead flies on the window sills and the side entry was full of dead leaves from last Autumn. The toothbrush holder in the bathroom seems to be growing something inside and needs throwing away. We were provided with milk, butter, bread, marmalade and wine on arrival which was a nice touch.

Have used this company for many years...but due to rip offs am now changing to another company. I…read moream fed up with being overcharged. I have made several complaints and have been refunded on one occasion..however having been overcharged again I have had enough..am still waiting for a call back.I was charged £4.70 for a journey that is never more than £3.50/£3.70.It was a visit to the Drs so I just took the right money for the fare..thanks to them I had to walk back .I suffer from Emphysema and had to go to bed when I got home.Some of the drivers are helpful and will help with shopping and help you in the car...but they are too few.Yellow Star..remember..We have choices.
