The employee did not have a mask on nor did he have one at the ready (around his neck to pull up). I mentioned that he didn't have a mask on just casually. He said it's not the law and he isn't sick. I just shook my head and said no more. Shame on you who owns this store and doesn't mandate mask wearing among your employees while customers are adhering to the governor's mandate. Now I will drive farther to get what I need. No problem!! A disappointed (former) customer.

I found exactly what I was looking for (something for pet hair). I told the guy who pointed me to where the sweepers were that I would take that one. He took the one of the shelf. When I said "oh, it doesn't come in a box" and he said, "we always put one together so you don't have to when you get home". How cool is that. I didn't have to deal with reading instructions, recycling the cardboard box, etc. I rolled my new sweeper out the door, drove home, and the vacuum (a Hoover) worked like a charm. I've also had the same experience there with my dehumidifier and a refrigerator. Easy shopping, stress free (no pushy sales people), and supporting small business!

My location is one hour round-trip keep in mind that I also had to secure the piece of equipment in the trailer. The rental agreement starts as soon as you pay your rental invoice. When returning the equipment I was charged additional $19 for being a half hour late. In the future, I will negotiate before signing any documents. I highly suggest that you do the same.
