The Range is no longer available. I bought a new Mossberg 500 12-gauge shotgun there. It was priced…read morethe same as any other place in town. The birdshot ammo was priced decently. Some of the ammo for a shotgun such as buckshot and slug seemed overpriced. So, I just went online to buy the rest of my ammo with free shipping. They have a big selection of hunting gear etc. I did not look at it all. It is honestly hard for a small business to compete with retail giants on prices. I expected the clothing etc. to be overpriced so I did not bother even looking at it or cross referencing it with online. Talked to the employee about indoor shooting ranges and the closest is going to be Flowood or Hattiesburg for indoor ranges. Both at least an hour drive depending on where you are coming from and traffic. Not a huge selection of used firearms but they have a variety of firearms. Gave it 3 stars because they closed down the indoor range. It was the only indoor one available in the area. Will I go back? Maybe in a year or two. I am not a big shopper but when I do go shopping, I have no problem dropping a few thousand if I see something I want. Next process for me, is probably buying some land outside of Meridian and setting up my own range. Maybe in the next two years. Until then just a trip once a month to Lowes or Marvins for building projects around the house. Stay Salty!

I noticed that at some distances your target may be not as well lit as at other distances. Also at each stall there is a floor grate designed to trap your spent brass. While this helps in keeping that area clear of spent brass it also means if you accidentally drop something it will go down in there. This will cause you to have to reach down into the grate to retrieve it or remove the grate. Ventilation seemed adequate. I enjoyed visiting this place and am sure Meridian appreciates having it here.

Jokingly replied "Donald Trump" explained i get enough spam, didnt want more, didnt want to be in anyone else's computer. Finished transaction. Was outside getting ready to load 2 dear blinds, when store owner starts berating my friend. BTW, my friend is in his 80s, 34 year Navy vet, and I'm retired Air Force. He "informs" us that we are "required" to provide that information, and threw us off the property. We left without picking up the deer blinds. Owner even tried to prevent me (physically) from retrieving my own tools, (since we had to disassemble the stands ourselves), in order to transport them. Very sad, that's all I have to say. I got a P365 X-Macro at an incredible price point, and the savings on credit card fees and sales tax made this an unmatchable deal. Further, they wrote out an entire receipt by hand to include the serial number so I could take advantage of one of Sig's rebates. I haven't dealt with a gun store that's as personable, efficient and cares about their customers as much as SaberTooth. I can't recommend them enough.
