We always enjoy seeing the photos while away. We can see how happy they are. It is also nice how they check on our house too and bring in packages. I would like to give them a special shout out for the care that they gave our pets while we were away during a recent large snowstorm. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make it to our house because of the severity of the storm. they kept in touch and made sure that there was enough food and water for our fur babies in case they wee unable to make it back at the scheduled time. We didn't want them to endanger themselves and knew that they would be fine if they couldn't make it back. All went well and they reported back to us the next morning when the roads were cleared and they could make it back. They dug out a spot on the deck for our dog to get out and go the the bathroom and all was well. This is a great company and they truly love the pets that they are taiga care of.

I had two yucky experiences in the past six months. *I had booked a pick-up time four hours after a 24 hour stay and was charged a full extra night that they would not remedy. *The second: I booked a two night stay for a funeral that was out of state and was not reimbursed the reservation fee of $59 when my daughter came down with the flu and we couldn't go. I was made aware of a 48 hour cancellation notice after the fact... In both instances we were surprised with the charges and had to call numerous times for information pertaining to the charges. We probably won't be back.

As soon as I arrived, I saw the condition of the facility and was not comfortable letting my dog swim there. I left immediately without using any services and politely asked for a refund. I was told it was considered a cancellation and that I would not be getting my money back. Even after speaking with the manager, they refused. What happened afterward was even more disappointing. After I shared my experience on Facebook, they responded by posting a photo of the pool taken from a distance to make it appear clean. They also posted a photo of me without my permission. I was extremely uncomfortable having my picture posted publicly and asked them to remove it. I was then told they would remove my photo only if I took down my Facebook post. That felt like an attempt to pressure me into deleting my honest review in exchange for removing my image. I'm sharing my personal experience so other pet owners can make an informed decision. I stand by what I experienced and believe customers should be able to leave an honest review without feeling pressured or having their photo used against them.

Kim was beyond accommodating with our schedule and we were able to schedule a time that worked for us both. The most wonderful thing about Pristine Paws is that it is one-one-one grooming with your dog!
