When I called the facility and spoke to their staff I was put on hold multiple times and forgotten about. When I did get in touch, they were helpful, but they disinvited me to their facility, due to what I assume is my justified frustrations. I would not bring my pets here. They want you to order from their facilities pharmacy and not Chewy, and make things as hard as they possibly can.

They are located just outside of Hillsboro, MO in a great location. They have a large sign right along the road so it is easy to find. It sits on a beautiful lake with the rest of the property landscaped nicely. More important than the property though was the service. They were very quick, and took my pet in right away. They had several employees working together and they seemed to really enjoy their job. Everyone was friendly and the prices were great. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.
