I do not recommend these people nor their establishment, especially if you want to take your pet to a nice friendly environment while they are getting groomed.

Lady asks can I hold and is gone without waiting for an answer, and after a good five minutes of being on hold I get a recording saying I had called after hours. So here I sit, a worried mom with an uncomfortable dog and a very worried son, with an appointment with a new vet, but still having to wait while knowing my dog is uncomfortable, bc of course they can't comment until they verify the diagnosis for themselves. Meaning more money that a single mom has to somehow pull out of her behind. So...if you want a place you can rely on, my advice is keep shopping around. A chain is only as good as the weakest link.

They are located just outside of Hillsboro, MO in a great location. They have a large sign right along the road so it is easy to find. It sits on a beautiful lake with the rest of the property landscaped nicely. More important than the property though was the service. They were very quick, and took my pet in right away. They had several employees working together and they seemed to really enjoy their job. Everyone was friendly and the prices were great. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.

I have always been a fan of PetSmart, and this location is no different. The store is conveniently located along the main road, and without being a full sized store they still have quite a large inventory to choose from. weather you are buying something for your K-9 friend or in my case, accessories for the fish tank. everything is extremely well marked and easy to find. I had a few questions, and after locating an employee without any problems, my questions and concerns were answered fast and professionally. I was pointed to the items I was in need of, I got a comparison based on their personal use, and was offered several items with varying price tags to choose from. When it came time for checking out, I had to wait no time at all for an employee, and the sale went as nicely as the rest of the visit. It never really amazes me how simple things like good customer service, a clean business, can balance out a visit so nicely, and leaving you feeling quite satisfied and wanting to return for future pet item needs.. I haven't used their pet services, but have heard nothing but nice things about their grooming, and doctors, and know people that take their own pets there regularly, this alone is warrant enough for me to keep returning to this store...

The girl with short red hair in there today with a big white dog cut his foot had him bleeding and scolded him the whole time. She was very rough with him. The manager called me back about it would not let me speak or explain everything that I saw even though he called me to ask me questions. and for this, I will never Step Foot in a PetSmart again. Luckily, we ended up at a Groomer who was very knowledgeable who took care of our dogs and we will be going back to her from now on.

We have put our dog, Lotus, with Laura and her family every time we needed to for a few years now…read more We used to live in South county of STL and had to drive to their old location for 45 mins in IL just to take Lotus to their house but knowing that he will be loved and well-cared for, It's all worth it. Lotus always had a good time. Now they moved to new location in Arnold which we also moved to St. Charles county and still have to drive him there. I am still willing to follow them everywhere and use their service as long as they still have loving and opening home for dogs. I can't rave enough about Laura and her family. If I can give them 10 stars I would. Thank you for caring for Lotus for us!

While the puppy sanitary cut is very reasonable it was not a good experience. First impressions…read moremean a lot. I walk in, one person has her feet up on a table on her phone and the other girl just walked up to the counter. No greetings whatsoever. Now the girl who checked us in was fairly friendly the rest were not. The groomer had zero personality. She never spoke to me. She asked one of the girls what she was doing with my puppy and she told her. My puppy had two leashes around her. One on her neck and one on her stomach then that was attached above on a rod. The groomer never petted or talked to my puppy. My puppy started squirming and she had BOTH leashes in her hands and my puppy was suspended in air but her back feet still could touch the table. The one girl came to help and the groomer snipped at her and said she needed no help that the puppy would have to figure it out on her own! After that the groomer turned her back to get something and my puppy stepped off the table!!! The one girl grabbed her and the groomer never even reacted. I asked for a bow and I was told no that she would only scratch it out. I was never thanked for coming in or even acknowledge. I will never go there again. No wonder there were no others in there to get groomed!! I'm only giving one star because I have to but the one star would go to the girl who actually had somewhat of a personality.
