The shift worker just explained that she didn't know why, since she wasn't there til 2 pm. If I didn't ask why the total charge included the snack, I'd again would have paid for one and just assumed he got it. (so now two times no record of his day) .... 7 hours with no snack at all in a busy day of running around is long enough that I'd think there would be someone who knows what's up. Like a note book. SERVICE haa changed at least since winter for my buddy, and I sure do not want him to just be a number....and iso, f you take yours there for day care, be sure to ask questions and hope someone has at LEAST a note in some sort of daily file. In a panic, we found Country Acres, who was able to take him last minute. They are incredible kind and patient, despite us getting every piece of information wrong. We knew his pup was in good hands, because all of the handlers we met were so nice and understanding, and at pick up explained he had actually ran out of food in the morning and they supplemented. The facility is extremely well maintained, offers additional services to really make your furry family member feel at home or pampered.

Then came that horrible, fateful day when we most needed our family vet, and we were told to take her to an emergency clinic because they couldn't make time for us. During regular hours. With a dying pet that was their long term patient. It was already an awful day, but I felt so let down by them. So I guess if you have urgent need from your vet, find another office. They will let you down when you most need them. They never even called us to check up on her. Long story short, if you have a crisis with your beloved pet, this clinic isn't going to be there for you. If you just take your pet to the vet for a bare minimum and plan never to have any sort of emergency, ever at all, you might find them adequate. I'd strongly suggest finding another provider.
