Thank you to these two wonderful women, Sam and Katie! I took my sweet Ragdoll cat Diamonds into them this morning for her first bath and grooming. I've normally taken her to the Vet for her yearly combout. She had some mats on her hind-end along with needing a bath. They were very kind, knowledgeable and most of all took wonderful care of my sweet 12 year old cat. It's obvious they both love cats. Diamonds came home smelling clean and they combed SO much hair out of her, along with taking the mats out. She isn't even mad at me, and I will go back to Paw Spa from now on, along with telling everyone with a dog or cat to call them. When she was ready to be picked up, I got a cute picture of her saying "I'm done!" OH, and by the way, they have one day they only do cats so our little sweet babies won't have to listen to dogs barking ... smart, huh?! Trust these two gals! Thanks, again.

I have been taking my cat Bert to Paw Spa Meridian on a regular basis for a year. He has extremely thick, long hair that gets matted even with every day brushing.

Fantastic groomer! Love that each grooming appointment is scheduled for one on one time with the pups. Also appreciated that Sam called me to discuss some options with my older cavalier due to some uneven spots in her hair. Great prices, great communication, and beautiful grooming job!

We have been here twice on short notice and they were wonderful! They are so sweet to our dog. She hates getting her nails cut and they go above and beyond to make sure she's comfortable. Their prices are amazing and they have fun colors for your pet too! We drive from downtown Boise just to use them.

Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back. It's a little far from where I live but I think the drive is worth it.

We purchased two 8-week old moyen poodle puppies here at the end of December. This breeder is not a…read moreback-yard breeder and has been breeding doodles for at least 5 years. Our owner was friendly, and worked with us financially on the pricing. However I had to ask for a receipt and what I received was a small generic slip that can be purchased at an office supply store with no contact information and no itemization. The breeder delayed our original pickup date by about half a week because she said they picked up a "parasite" and had to finish their 5-day treatment. I immediately had a stool sample checked by slide smear at our veterinarian and it came back clear, which I reported to the breeder. One pup was noticeably smaller than the other (2.3 vs. 4.3 lbs at six weeks). Then after three months they started to have trouble with loose mucousy stools, lack of appetite and light vomiting. At first we tried changing food and feeding a bland diet but no improvement. Our vet suggested that we test for giardia, an intestinal parasite and sure enough the test came back positive. I discovered that giardia requires a special (antigen) test that most veterinarians can't run in their labs; it has to be sent out. When I asked the breeder what the parasite they originally contracted was she confirmed that it was giardia. What disturbed me is that she did not document what the specific parasite was, what treatment was administered, nor did she disclose to me that a special test was required to detect it. I am suspicious that these puppies were not fully cured when we picked them up, since a proper test was not performed after treatment. We have learned that giardia cysts can hide out in the intestinal tract and reinfect later. The infection we dealt with was difficult to cure as the vet had to use two different medicines over 7 days each to clear up their condition and obtain a negative test. The breeder chose to keep silent when I told her about my initial fecal slide results, which is crazy since her warranty explicitly disclaims giardia and coccidia. If you use this breeder I recommend that you specifically ask about these two parasites and if diagnosed, have her provide a follow-up test proving that the parasites were not detected. The good news is that the size and weight difference between our pups eventually narrowed to only 5% and no ill effects from their infection have displayed. Their skin, teeth, and muscles all appear to be healthy and we are very happy with them.

Over the moon poodles and doodle in Idaho - 208-861-7074 Tiffany Corson Mountain Bridge Doodles in Arizona - +1 (480) 241-3098 Leigh Ann Matty I feel compelled to share my experience with two dog breeders who have shown extreme unprofessionalism and a complete lack of integrity. Not only did they breach our contract, but has repeatedly lied about important details regarding the puppy I was a home guardian for. Her & her business partners behavior has been incredibly inconsiderate and disrespectful, and I'm deeply concerned about the well-being of the animals they are breeding. I was brought on as a home guardian to care for and train a puppy for the breeder, under the impression I was his owner while they had breeding rights. Over the past nine months, I've fully committed to providing this puppy with a loving, stable home--training him, taking him to all his vet appointments, and covering the costs for his care and well-being. This is not only heartbreaking but deeply frustrating, as I fulfilled every aspect of our agreement while she has completely disregarded her commitments, breaching contract, involving family members who are not included on the contract, and giving the puppy expired supplements called (get me going), causing him to overdose. This resulted in me taking him to the emergency vet for over 48 hours, due to being so lethargic, dehydrated, causing him to have uncontrollable bowel movements, no appetite, and had been foaming at the mouth. However, after all my time, effort, and financial investment, the breeder has now taken the puppy back without any regard for the bond we've built or the responsibility I've shown, while blatantly ignoring all calls and texts with the concern of his whereabouts and why he was never returned to his guardian home. These breeder have demonstrated a total disregard for ethical practices and have been compulsive liars throughout our interactions. It's clear that they should not be entrusted with the care and breeding of animals. I strongly urge others to be cautious and reconsider purchasing from them. There are many reputable breeders who genuinely care about the animals they bring into the world--unfortunately, these individuals are not one of them. Please do your research and protect yourself and the animals involved. If you're considering a home guardian program, please be cautious and make sure you're working with a breeder who is honest, professional, and truly values the well-being of both the animals and the people involved.

Dropping her off at the previous groomers, she'd have those sad puppy-dog eyes and a somewhat panicked behavior as I was leaving her. Not like leaving a child at kindergarten, but more like she knew she was gonna get hurt. When I'd pick her up she acted like she was making a jailbreak. She probably would have drug me out of the place if she could. That is not a joke - she would have. Last time after being home awhile, I discovered dried blood in the fur of her ears. She'd been more and more fearful with every grooming drop-off and suddenly I had evidence of why. That was what prompted me to look for another spot and the good reviews convinced me to give Groomingtails a try and we are very pleased with their treatment of our pup and their work. Here's something amazing I have to add: I don't know why but ever since her grooming, when it is rainy and I bring the pup in and I give her a quick dry with a bath towel SHE SMELLS FRESH WITH THE SCENT SHE HAD FROM LAST GROOMING! I am floored. She is about to have her next grooming and that still works weeks after her last grooming. THAT, is lasting results! And her teeth were pure-white when they were done! Now she wants to drink her coffee through a straw,... oh, wait, that's my wife that does that! Anyway, yeah, it cost more but she's treated gently and the job is done well and I don't feel like I am handing her over to be tortured! I just hope their prices don't go up anytime soon! Peace of mind, Baby!
