If I could give it negative stars I would. First 2 times in for my puppy seemed fine. But our 3rd time in recently he seemed terrified when I came to pick him up. I figured it was because they had him an hour longer than normal. However when I got home I could see they sliced his paw open and there was blood in his fur between his paw pads. Also, the trim was extremely uneven an there was a big stripe going up his back that was way shorter than the rest of his fur. They never said a word to me about his paw, and they obvioulsy has no problem sending him home with an extremely unprofssional cut. They should be ashamed. DO NOT take your dog here. read more

PROTECT YOUR PETS! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! Should have posted this when it happened but wasn't as active on google at that point in time. I had dropped my dog off for a general cleaning/nail clipping. I realized I had forgot my debit card and thought it was at home, so I left him there and went to go get it. I realized it was in my car and came back in shortly after. I witness the groomer harness my dog onto a table, throw a metal cord around his neck, and cut the water on top of him. Within the next moment she grabbed his hind leg and startled him even more, to which he snipped at her and scared her. Let's recap. You're a dog. Someone new throws you onto a cold steel table, throws a metal leash around your neck, cuts on COLD water on top of you, then grabs your hind leg to clip your nails all within seconds of each other. What would you do? The lady proceeded to give me all the attitude in the world after that about my dog, implying he was a dangerous breed and or rabid, and that I should never breed him. I have never been more offended and shocked by behavior in my life. My dog was completely traumatized by the experience and was shaking so bad the other groomer could not step in and help. although she tried. ( she was very nice ) But the way in which they treated my dog, I am glad I was there to catch it.Never in my life would I think they would handle and abuse my dog so poorly, I bet she didn't think I returned and was paying attention. After I left they had the nerve to call me and ask for any papers proving my dog wasn't rabid. Adding insult to injury. They're lucky I didn't sue them into the ground. Stay far far away from these ppl, i'm sure they've done WORSE behind closed doors. read more

This place cost me over $200 in vet bills. They "shaved" around my dogs eyes and completely burned them. She literally had no eye lashes. Her eyes were puffy and swollen. I took her back to complain and show them her eyes the next day and the answer I got was, "we always shave there eye lids. Every place does that. She must have scratched her eyes". Yeah, because it was hurting her. She also had burns on her belly and back leg. I've spoken to other dogs owners at dog parks and they've had similar experiences. This place seems nice so I decided to bring my dog. Once inside the wash area looked really cramped and people were crowding a small front waiting area. I asked for a self wash as the website said it closes at 3:30. The lady at the front desk said she just shut it down at 3:10. I said thank you and left.. My experience and observations were enough for me to go elsewhere. read more

Excellent self service dog wash. The shampoo and conditioner they provided was gentle and smelled great. I used the all natural flea shampoo this time and it did a great job of cleaning and lathering. I really liked the dryers,too. They are not as loud as the ones at Petco and didn't frighten my dog . read more

Then the rude girl behind the counter proceeds to tell me "it's posted on the door"! Wow, really??? That's how you treat potential customers? Not polite or friendly in my opinion. I just moved here so I needed a groomer for my girl. I found this place online. Everyone was great at check in and made us feel welcomed. The groomer came out to chat with me to see exactly how I wanted my girl Mocha to look. When I returned, Mocha looked exactly how I had described and she was so happy. I am not sure what they did to her whether she fell off the table or just made her stand so long her legs collapsed. The girl called me to try and cover up. She asked Oh does your dog always lay with her back legs splayed apart. My daughter went to pick her up and she could not walk in fact she could not get to a standing position without the help of a towel. Instead of being truthful or apologizing or calling when she realized she was injured she charged more because she said she had to do her laying down part of the time. If the dog is laying down and whimpering in pain is there not something wrong. How could you not call the owner and as a supposed animal lover how do you not stop grooming. Save yourself a vet bill and go to reputable groomer that cares. Even when I called back the next day and talked with the manager there was no apology no refund/ All she said is she would bring it up in there next meeting. WOW read more
