The convince of having the Moble Groomer right in our driveway is such a game changer to loading our dog in the car, driving her to a groomer where she waits in a cage for her turn around other dogs barking in fear, then having to go back to pick her up is all worth a small amount more to not have to do any of the above. AWFUL!! in an emergency I booked Oscar from Pawfection's based on his reviews. I have a one year-old doodle, who was recently fixed and became matted because I could not bathe her. My normal groomer was sick with the flu so, rather than have her suffer with the matting I booked Oscar. He came to my home and could not speak English when I tried to explain to him what I needed. He just kept telling me that he had to cut her short. That's all he would say he had a complete attitude took my dog outside into the van and closed the door two hours later he brought her back in and she ran into my house with her tail between her legs, it took four months for her hair to grow long enough on her face and tail to be groomed. I took her back to my regular groomer who she normally loved to see, and she was terrified. Refused to go inside. I finally got her to go in and she was shaking. I left her with the groomer that I trust, and after she was groomed, the groomer contacted me and told me she didn't know what happened to her, but she definitely was traumatized by this groomer. She was terrified now to be groomed and that is a hard thing to fix never ever ever again will I have my dog groomed by this or any Mobile groomer number one they use cold water number two they use recycled water, which is disgusting number three they should not be taking an animal into the van and closing the door. If you can, use a groomer who has a brick and mortar building or use a groomer who you can watch, but definitely do not use Oscar from this groomer. My dog will never be the same. My previous interactions with this company were positive. In fact I wrote a review about it not too long ago. Yesterday, however, I determined was the last time I would use Pawfections. My appointment was scheduled for 430pm. Since I was coming from Miami I told the groomer that I'd be there right at 430 since sometimes they show early without notice. When I arrived at 430 I texted to let them know. I was told they were finishing an appt before mine and she'd be there shortly. 520pm and nothing. I texted Paola, the owner, and asked about an ETA. I then asked about a discount since I was going to be late for an event. Paola incorrectly stated "I am very sorry for the inconvenience but your appointment was scheduled between 4:30 - 5:00 pm, our groomer only arrived a few minutes later due to traffic at the time and we have always been in contact with you". The groomer did not arrive "only a few minutes later" - this was the first lie. I shared the time stamp of my ring camera of her groomer arriving at 525pm - almost 30 minutes after the 430-5pm window. After I corrected her, Paola offered a lousy 5% discount then proceeds to explain that the next visit would have an hour window. After I explained that this was bad business, I was told that her company does not engage in "discourteous behavior". Way to take accountability by being defensive...and wrong. My reply to Paola, the owner: "Before you decline a discount for an inconvenience caused by your company, I suggest you collect facts first. So yes it's discourteous in my opinion. The window you gave was 430-5pm. Her arrival was way after that. In addition, I reached out because of the delay. Unprofessional. No one was in contact with me. Furthermore, I am late for an event." After the groomer was done, I handed her my credit card but not before she reminded me about the lousy $5 discount then proceeds to ask "no tip?" Umm, NO. Absolutely not. Their price was previously worth the convenience of having mobile services but lack of communication, unprofessionalism and lack of accountability isn't. Happily taking my money elsewhere. read more

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! I will NEVER take my little girl (Maltese) back to this place again!!! . The second time I brought her back in, we had THE WORST experience. The lady up front, scheduled our appointment with a different lady, because the First Lady was not available. I don't know what the heck this other woman did, but she nipped or cut one of my girl's nipples. I am very infuriated!! Dog grooming Looking for a dog groomer that would come to the house is not as simple as it sounds. We had tried two different places and both either no-showed or kept changing the time they would be there (and gave us an attitude while doing it). Pawfections gave a time and kept it. Our girl is old and hairy. The hot sun does not go well with her and her thick coat makes giving her a meaningful bath a challenge. Pawfections said no problem, and we went for everything: nails clipped, bath, shave down - the works. They showed up on time in their self-contained van and we get our old lady out there. The technician closes the door and two hours later: viola! A brand new doggo emerges smelling all clean. The dog was elated and without all that hair, she has been acting like a pup again. The tech was great and I am sure she had to put in a lot of work to get the job done. Price was as quoted and just a note: they were also cheaper than the previous two places we had contacted.
