Our previous groomer had a number of surgeries and accidents and could no longer care for our beautiful 8 year old Chow Chow. She had taken care of her since a puppy so it was nerve wracking for us to try and find another groomer who could handle large double coated dogs. After much research, and based on the Yelp reviews, we took Lola in to meet Crystal at Pet Haven. Crystal did a fabulous job with Lola and gave us a full report and recommendations when we picked her up. We are very happy, Crystal is great and she now has new grateful clients!

I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. And you can tell that others feel the same way. Love walking in there and seeing so many beautiful different breeds on the tables getting amazing grooms.

I brought my dog Sparky over on the right day today at 11 o'clock, they took him right away.They called me when he was done.I went and picked him up and he looks nice and clean and beautiful.They did a great job.I highly recommend this groomer, the oldest pet groomer in broward county! We've been taking our fur babies to Crystal for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even after moving 10 miles away we still drive every month to get a full grooming. They treat us like family and take such good care of our fur kids. Beyond that, we get the exact hairstyle we're looking for everytime. If I could give it 100 stars I would. I've been bringing my pup in for walk-in nail trims which are a great deal and recently had his monthly bath done at Pet Haven as well. I must say that he's never looked better! Our previous groomer had a number of surgeries and accidents and could no longer care for our beautiful 8 year old Chow Chow. She had taken care of her since a puppy so it was nerve wracking for us to try and find another groomer who could handle large double coated dogs. I wish I found Pet Heaven years ago for my other dog. Not only does my dog not mind going to this groomer he gets excited about it which never happened before. They do an absolute awesome job without making my boy sit in a cage for 8 hours before they get to him like other groomers do. They have never made any mistakes and my dog looks like a show dog every time he walks out of Pet Heaven. I highly recommend them for there pet grooming skills which boarder on pure art skills. I will never go anyplace else and would give them 20 stars if that was an option. read more

My frenchie hates getting her nails trimmed and has been known to have her moments of freaking out or being scared. My mom took her today to get her nails trimmed and I was told my dog wasn't even nervous. Everyone was super nice and they kept my girl calm and let my overprotective mom be near my dog just to mask sure she didn't panic. My dog came back home happy and on very pleased and so is my mom. Was referred to Pet Haven when I was looking for a great groomer. I had one in NYC that I loved, but it was extremely difficult to find a clean, great place in South Florida that does an excellent cut - until I tried Pet Haven. Even my fur baby is happy to walk in the door when I normally would leave and she would be shaking from nerves. The haircuts are gorgeous, baths are great, dogs always smell clean without being doused in nauseating perfume. And the best part is the prices are so fair! I have a maltipoo, my parents have 2 golden doodles and my sister has a mini golden doodle. We are all very particular about our babies haircuts and none of us have been disappointed to this day. All of our dogs go to Pet Haven (we even drive 30 minutes because they are that good!) read more

Needed a walk-in appointment and Pet Haven not only graciously accepted my pup, literally an hour before I dropped him off, but the place was clean, smelled good and the dogs were all calm that you could see from the reception. This is a hidden gem in plain sight! Aubrey was great and the owner who was present was very kind and courteous. I'm so glad that I took a chance here. My dog came out happy and adorable and I am confident of their compassionate care and would return again. I had a full service grooming done. My boy went in shaggy and he came out dapper! I have two Biewer Terriers with long hair. They need to be trimmed evenly with the hair flowing nicely and not chopped here and there. Pet Haven did outstanding in not only grooming them well, but also in correcting the errors of two previous groomers at a different location. The groomers as well as the other staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will be bringing them back to Pet Haven. read more

As the oldest grooming salon in Broward County, we pride ourselves in show quality grooming and personalized styling. We strive to work on a personal level with our clientele, especially the ones with tails. We have a full photo studio on site and offer a wide variety of printing styles. We also now offer non-anesthetic dentals at least twice a month. Feel free to stop in at any time.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only reason I'm even writing this review is…read morebecause they lied to me. I originally brought my dog in for one specific reason: to have his nails trimmed. I made that very clear when I dropped him off. While I was there, I decided to upgrade to the full grooming package for $120, figuring it would be worth it. When I picked him up, no one bothered to tell me that they never trimmed his nails, the entire reason I came in. I only knew that his nails were not trimmed because when they had called to let us know he was ready, my mom had asked how our dog did with his nails. Despite failing to perform the service I specifically requested, they still expected me to pay the full $120. When I explained that the nail trim was the main reason for my visit, they offered me a supposed **7% discount**. The total came to **$119.80**. That's not even remotely close to 7% off of $120. When I pointed out that their math made no sense, instead of addressing the issue, they brushed it off by saying I could "save a few dol by paying with Zelle," completely ignoring the fact that they hadn't done the service I came in for and had just misrepresented the discount. How do you expect customers to pay full price for a service that wasn't completed, then try to cover it up with a fake discount? It's insulting. The lack of honesty here is what bothered me most. Mistakes happen, but lying to customers and hoping they won't notice is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their pet here.

I have a dog with special needs. No other groomer would take the time to listen and Pet Haven did! My Shitzu now has a groomer that will look after his ears the way he needs them cared for. They did a really great job and made me feel comfortable. Another time my dog needed attention immediately and they were right there and took care of the issue. This establishment let's you watch while your dog is groomed, is very clean and they are extremely cooperative in making my dogs service a great experience. Now if you could just move that tree lol!!! :D read more

This was the first time I left my Maltese/Shih Tzu home overnight and was extremely nervous. Rebecca put me at ease by sending photos, and videos and kept in communication with me. My dog took to Rebecca quickly and had fun with her. Not only did she care for my dog but also brought in the mail, opened and closed curtains, put on Animal Planet to entertain my dog and much more. I can truly say that Crystal is the best groomer I know. My little dog is very uncomfortable being groomed -- he even bites. A great place to bring your dog or pet for grooming and other needs. Always friendly, helpful. They listen to you and care for your pets the same way you would. Great find. Luckily it's also very close to my home, so I can get my dog almost immediately after he is done. read more

Absolutely butchered my cat on purpose and abused him psychologically. should report them to the Humane Society. I'll think about that along with possible legal action. They should have the license revoked and close down permanently. read more

Pet Heaven is Heaven for my fur baby, Lucky. They are doing everything with love as if each dog is theirs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been before but for the last 6 years that is the place where my baby gets groomed and loved. read more
