We were looking for an affordable kayaking solution for our trip to Pawleys Island and Pawleys Kayaks gave us everything we could ask for -- great service, great boats, and (best of all) great price!! We weren't interested in a guided tour and Pawleys Kayaks delivered the boats, paddles, life jackets and a dry bag to the host ramp on 3rd Street on Pawleys Island. After a quick orientation, we were in the water and went at our own pace for several hours. When we were done, we called them and they came and picked everything up. Easy and enjoyable! We rent from Molly and Ben every year, and always look forward to working with them. Molly remembers us and provides such wonderful, personal customer service. They are natives and we love supporting their local business. Plus, we have such a blast with their paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes! We are actually glad we don't own the toys because it is so nice to have all the equipment from paddles to helmets delivered neatly and in good condition, and then we get to just leave it behind instead of loading it up. They take good care of all of their stuff and we have never had any issues or complaints! EXCELLENT service! Family company who makes your kayaking trip a breeze. Before ever renting the kayaks, Molly graciously talked with me over the phone to ease my family members worries about rip currents and such. Once confirmed that we would be just fine, they brought the kayaks to us along with paddles and life vests. They helped us load them and tie them down. Payment was simple! We took them out in the evening and the next morning. The next morning we were able to leave everything at the dock once we were finished.
