While one of the other services he recommended, couldn't help us either, she went out of her way to call her competitors and booked us a tent and saved our vacation! When you come you are put into a queue for a start time. If you can help it, try calling and booking a time before just showing up.

I told the man we just drove an hour, hoping he would let my son join the last group. I said we just drove an hour and your website says you close at 8. He said no at 6....Either way it was 5:20! Their own website takes reservations until 8! So how do they close at 6? I guess they feel fine about doing bad business because they are in a tourist area and it doesn't matter to them. We went to the Shallotte River ropes course "The Swamp" instead and I'm glad we did because they were great, and the course looked better.

It seems like most of the complaints on here are based on people trying to sit/swim in the area of the beach that's designated with signs for them to load and unload people onto the boats for parasailing and banana boating. This is a safety issue as you could get hit by a sea doo while they pick up and drop off. Kind of seems like common sense. Not sure why people are upset about their kids not being allowed to swim/play in this area, as it would be very dangerous. If you're in the area, you should definitely give this place a call. You won't regret it!

Went out to meet the actual boat, saw the previous group still in the sky. Turned around and went back to shore. Turned around and started heading back out. Suddenly told the mate on the boat was sick so we would not be going up. Staff acted as if this was somehow amusing, shrugged and laughed. Asked for a refund and left. An hour later, we see the same company up and running. Called and asked why we were not given the chance to wait and go up with new crew. Just plain rude response from person on phone. Told I could talk to the manager "later". When the manager called me back much later, his rudeness was even worse. I asked why my refund was only partial. He finally agreed he would refund the "nonrefundable" portion as I pointed out THEY were the ones who cancelled our trip. Then hung up on me. So much wrong with this scenario, almost all of which could have been fixed with a SIMPLE, SINCERE APOLOGY. Good customer service is important! I never write negative reviews and always believe in giving a business a chance to make things right. Epic fail here. Do better!
