So I have an item in pawn and have been trying to pay on it for 3days. Every time I call no answer and both times I have gone in person during business hours they where closed. There was another person there who told me that their payment was due today and if they don't pay on it they will lose it. Also the girl who runs the place is very rude. HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, THE WORST! The girl behind the counter is worst person I ever came in contact with. She's rude, mean, Bitchy (with a capitol B) and has no business savvy. The store has limited inventory and smells like a barn. I went in to purchase items and she told me I could not inspect them. Then said not to touch any items i didn't want to purchase. PLEASE! I was walking up to the door when an employee (white male), walked up to the door, locked it, and then turned the open sign off IN MY FACE. He accompanied this with a "cut it off" gesture, which i can only assume meant he was closing. I then watched another gentleman (different from the first), walk outside and smoke a cigarette, then return into the store. The time was 3:25 which is well inside their store hours. I honestly had to laugh at how rude this was but obviously I will never go to this business again. The owner of this establishment should be aware that in at least one instance (the one I speak of), the employees directly caused a loss in revenue. I am willing to bet this in not the first or only time. I guess you cant give some people money. read more
