Overall i will give icebox 5 stars because they not only give you an amazing experience by offering water, soda, Capri Suns. But they assign everyone with a jeweler and that really helps personalize your experience. I have very busy days, and i can just text Melissa, and ask for anything I'm looking for and she makes it happen! I stop by pick up what i need and get back to my busy day. She's helped me with gifts for my sister and boyfriend. I'm giving ice box 5 stars but I'm really giving Melissa 5 stars. Everytime i shop with icebox she continues to wow me. I queried this and they didn't respond for a week plus and finally got a response saying that someone had had a death in the family. Then I got a bait and switch message trying to get me to take a less desirable product Which I declined. Then several weeks later, I got a message saying they couldn't source the product. So the business model is lie, get money, and then see if you can go out and get something cheap for cash with the money to give to the buyer. I'm currently waiting for a refund. I will update this depending on whether I get it or not. If I don't get a refund fast I'll be calling the Atlanta police.

One day when she took the ring to be cleaned, as she did almost every month or two, she trusted the staff enough to leave it overnight at the shop. When she returned to pick it up, she was given a bag that she put in her purse, without inspecting, her being a longtime and trusting friend and client. When mom looked in the pouch she was given, she discovered a ring Anna had thrown in, that was covered in pen ink, and her 1.5 carat diamond band was missing. When she confronted Gary about the mistake, Gary berated my dear mother and stated word for word, that " you must be on your period." My mother was confused, insulted, and heartbroken at this shocking behavior, they being her best friends, as well as mother being their best customer by far. Mom never returned, and was distraught and sickened until the day she died. The ring was easily valued at approximately $10,000. I also wanted the battery changed my unfortunately the inside was corroded but they offered me several solutions for that as well and tried to see if seiko had any parts to replace the inside so they could change the battery. Pricing is VERY reasonable and they are very quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend my loved ones and friends to go to midtown jewelers.
