Then I come back again I put another item on layaway , call before I come because I live an hour away and can pick up and pay the remaining balance. It's available for pick up. When I get there instead of the 120 I'm expecting to pay they have to pay 600 and do a new background check which will be 10 days before I could pick up my item I've already been waiting 20 days And the guy tells me my money is nonrefundable This is a terrible business. Got an AMAZING deal on a necklace identical to one I saw at Jared's. I got it for half the price than I would've if I got it from Jared's. The staff were super nice and helpful with deciding on length to get the necklace. Also, this was place was clean and smelled nice (other pawn shops I went to had a gross smell). I've never had an experience with a pawn shop, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I saw an item posted by the owner on Facebook and he replied promptly. I went to the shop the next day to get it. I was assisted by Michelle and she was sooo nice and helpful. There seemed to be a constant flow of customers and all of the associates were helpful to everyone. One of the better pawn shops in the area, also worth the drive if you're far. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Items in the shop are fairly priced. The guns are also at a good price. I have not tried to haggle prices but I'm sure they would be down to negotiate. They have great rates on pawning your items also, really comes in handy when in a pinch. read more

Great experience! First, the shop is clean, well-maintained and very organized. No sleazy second-class business here. A first-class operation. This is what it would be like if Quiktrip ran a pawn shop. Second, the quality of the merchandise was excellent. You can tell they don't buy just everything that walks through the door. I browsed and made a mental shopping list of several items they had for sale. And last, (and most important) Ryan and the two young ladies working with him (my apologies for not getting their names) were so friendly and helpful. I felt like that being a satisfied customer was their highest priority, not making a sale. My son was relentless with trying to locate a PS4 to replace his old one. He called a number of Game Stops and other pawn shops before coming across Norcross Pawn. It is next to a gas station (I know odd location) but the place is immaculately clean, organized and well lit. I was greeted by 3 very polite men who recalled the call with my son and knew exactly what I was looking for. There was question surrounding the amount quoted but they were happy to honor what was told since it sounded accurate. No hassle! They grabbed the device, requested ID, payment and I was out the door. I have been in a number of pawn shops, due to my child's trading interest, and this was the most seamless process. Also, I was able to get a glimpse of the display case so I may return sooner rather than later. I was told they have been at this location for 11 years so I'm wishing them many more!
