I like to find good deals on small firearms and decided to stop by with my wife this past Sat 2/27/2021 about 3:30pm. We were helped by Zach (outstanding customer service) he showed me several S&W/Ruger 357's and several 9mm 's. I was all prepared to purchase a Canik 9mm when this Guido Sardouchi looking guy ( I guess the mgr) approaches us and tells Zach to hurry up and get my paperwork submitted so we can tell if they will get it or not, very crappy in tone and delivery. My wife tells me, "what a jerk" and I look over at this fowl looking unkempt person as he says to us "if you have something to say you can say it to my face. I responded with your a real jerk and need to know your place as we are dealing with Zach to purchase a new firearm and some ammo. He says back to me "if you don't like it theirs the door" I told him that's fine I'll take my business elsewhere. He snatched my lic and reg from Zach and flung it at me the whole time telling me there's the door and he does not need to put up with business from the likes of me... This person has a real anger issue, Ive seen may inflated ego's in my day - I am a retired USMC Sgt and would absolute put this human trash on the floor but my wife pulled me out of the store. This disgusting person was the mgr, unbelievable! whats wrong with this picture - I will NEVER AGAIN VISIT EITHER OF THE PAWN WORLDS HERE IN KINGMAN AZ due to him ad I will slander this business every chance I get, believer that! This guy is looking for a problem and I would be happy to put him in his place should I ever see him out in public. What a little person to treat other like this... A family owned business. What a great place if you need extra cash or looking to buy stuff. Jerry and his crew are very customer friendly. I have picked up a few items from them at unbeatable prices. My daughter used their services to acquire a loan, and it was very easy. I may also mention their loans are far better than any payday loan establishment. Friendly service and willing to work with you when you have an issue with purchased items. Bought a gameboy for my daughter, brought it home and she noticed it had the parental lock on. Called about stolen firearms and the guy I spoke with wouldn't tell me whether or not he even had the models. He said "I have over a thousand guns in the back. You should file a police report and they'll check for you." I told him I had and that it would help to know if he had seen the missing models recently. He said "we don't embrace that," and hung up on me. read more

Seems pretty much like most other pawn shops I've visited, with the exception that they have a LOT more guns. Some are used, but they have new guns, too. Also, if you're visiting from California, check out their prices on silver coins. It looked as though you could buy a couple dollars' worth of "junk" silver coins without paying sales tax, unlike California. read more

Bought a tec 22 all good so far would of been a sweeter deal with a couple extra mags but over all I'm happy
