The watch loses 10 minutes a day after being in their hands. Gears might have been taken... After ample waiting time, the dealer then put the wrong crystal on my watch. He saw it through pictures and realized their "watch man" (Outsourced) had made the ridiculous mistake. It was a $600 repair that was 100% wrong. In previous post the dealer keeps stating that he has another watch man and would fix it free of charge. I was also told they serviced Rolex's in house. I would take my watch back for proper repair but the bottom line is I don't trust this store at all. I guess I'll remain angry about this issue for a long time to come. The main reason for the service was to ensure its smooth operation and prevent any issues. However, the service took longer than the quoted timeframe, which was annoying but could be overlooked. Fast forward to December 29, and I brought my watch in because I had three new issues that were not present before the service. The eight Roman numeral fell out of the face to the glass, the crystal was swapped out for a lower-quality one, and the hand would move by itself, misaligning the time. I brought my watch in today to get these issues resolved, as it was stated that if there were any issues with the service or the movement, I could bring it back in. I dropped it off and was called an hour later to inform me that it was not covered under the service. I've had this watch for over four years without any issues, except for the few months after the service performed by Forever Jewelers. Now, I have three new issues with the business refusing to take responsibility for their craftsmanship. They told me that if I wanted the issue fixed, it would cost me an additional $250, which is not even considering the replacement glass crystal.

I was informed that they had their Rolex watches repaired by a professional watch repair person who did all their Rolex repairs. I finally received the watch back on 1/27/2026. It worked for a short period of time and then began losing time and stopping. I had to wind it a few times but it kept stopping. The stem was difficult to turn. I took the watch back and was not offered any refund on the repair charge nor was I able to contact the repair person for any explanation. I would highly recommend anyone who needs their Rolex repaired to only have it done at a Certified Rolex dealer/service which I will myself do now.
