One final trainer recommended we try Mind Of Dog because she also wasn't able to break through. I'm so grateful we did. He's thriving and comes home exhausted. An added bonus is the people training we've received. The best part of all of it, is that he's finally getting the exercise and structure he's always needed and deserves. They handle the dogs calmly, but with lots of structure and clear boundaries, which our dog desperately needs. I ordered a collar training accessory from Jackie (business owner and alleged "dog trainer") 2 months ago and never received a shipping track number. I was a little skeptical about that at first but gave this business the benefit of the doubt because she was a dog trainer, and dog trainers are supposed to be ethical and honest ... right? Well, 2 months later and I still have not received my product or heard from Jackie. I emailed and called multiple times to get the status of my product as well as finally to ask for a refund but never received any response. I finally found her facebook and messaged her directly on there. She responded immediately by accident (not knowing I was the upset customer who has been trying to reach out to her) and said "Hi". However, after I sent my message regarding the issue of not receiving my product, she said "I will look into it tomorrow" and then proceeded to BLOCKING ME! (refer to pictures below) If it was truly an issue with shipping, she would have kept her word and really looked into the issue. It was definitely a red flag when she not only ignored my phone calls and emails, but also now BLOCKED ME on social media so that I could not warn others of her scam. She never attempted to refund me back the money. I had to call my credit card and dispute the charges, which was a headache. JACKIE --- IF YOU CANNOT HOLD YOURSELF UP WITH INTEGRITY AND HONESTY IN RUNNING A BUSINESS, HOW CAN OTHER DOG OWNERS TRUST YOU WITH THEIR OWN FURBABY. Sal's Pals is also extremely flexible. Although we try to keep last minute schedule changes to a minimum, things come up. Sal always found a way to walk our dog even with little notice. It's a comfort to have him and his walkers always available to help.
