I received numerous calls from this company claiming that I owed the IRS $120K and a lien was going…read moreto be placed on my house. They also called my wife claiming that I owed money as well. Thinking this was a scam, I called to see what they had to say at which point they put me on the phone with one of their "tax relief consultants." He informed me that the IRS had sent a notice to a PO box which I hadn't used in 14 years and they had already taken action against my assets. The guy wouldn't tell me how he obtained this info then I informed him that I file a federal tax return ever year and that it was strange that the IRS didn't have my current mailing address. He started fumbling at this point and said there was a mistake and he was getting a call from a client who owed a million dollars in taxes and hung up. This was the biggest BS scam attempt that I have ever seen and I'm sure they would have taken any money that I would have been willing to give. Don't know how people sleep at night pulling this kind of shady maneuver.
