This is very unfortunate for the community. Please FHB do better because this has been going on for months and multiple complaints from those in line would agree that this is ridiculous. We see workers just lounging in the bank hiding not putting their customers first. Corporate needs to do something because waiting 2 hours for a deposit or cashing your check is horrendous. Central Pacific Bank is located in Kapolei. I went there on a Saturday morning to pick up copies…read moreof bank statements. I entered the bank and was greeted by the friendly male teller. I informed him that I was there to pick up 6 months worth of expedited bank statements of a joint checking account that I have with my mom. I was informed that it would cost $5.00 per statement. The male teller told me to have a seat and he'll call me when the statements are ready. The bank had couple couches for customers to sit on. I sat on one of the couches and waited less than five minutes before I was called up by the teller. I paid $30 total for the statements. I had a choice to pay by card or pay by cash...I opted to pay by cash since I had some on me. Now that I know Central Pacific Bank is open from 9am to 1pm on Saturday I can head there if need to do any banking errands for my mom. I can't do any banking errands during the week days since I am always working in Waianae.
