I want to really commend them for their excellent customer service. Everyone I was in contact with was extremely helpful, considerate of my time & situation and clearly not just knew how to do their jobs but cared about the job they were doing. It was honestly really nice. I would definitely recommend enterprise as a whole especially this location. When I first was trying to find a rental it was a bit of an emergency so I called every place that had rental vehicles in this town and the surrounding towns. Everywhere else just makes it so incredibly difficult & inconvenient to rent a car. Super glad I went with enterprise.

Returned a car here that I had rented in Maryland. I've been using Enterprise forever and never…read moreonce in all my years had a penny discrepancy on my bill. I get to the drop off location and it's right in the crack district, two homeless folks walking around the parking lot where I park it. I go in and wait ten minutes to return and get the bill. Guy at counter says I won't get the final bill til Monday as they can't process out in the weekend. Really????? So when my credit card payment showed up $45 higher, I immediately called to say what the heck? Girl on phone says "you returned this car to Cleveland Ohio, that's why the higher charge." I'm of course baffled how I got to Cleveland or even Ohio for that matter. Oh wait, I didn't, it was still Johnstown. I guess they must sound alike? All the additional time wasted trying to get my bill straight. And my reservation had Johnstown on it to prove the correct price.

I even left a message for them Sunday and still haven't received a call back Tuesday! I've tried all ext the recording would give me. I even tried calling the reservation number, and they didn't help me at all, just forwarded me onto the Johnstown location in witch I got not answer! The hertz Facebook page couldn't even help me. I told them multiple times what was going on will that all I got was I'm sorry you must contact Johnstown locality and I have no way of doing so being 12 hr away and needing a rental when I get there! I would not recommend going here at all!!
