We have several accounts with the bank now and they set up our mortgage for our second home purchase. They provide a home sales advocate through a program called realty plus, it was very helpful both in selling our home and buying our home. whenever I had questions that were not being answered quickly enough for my taste, my advocate would get an answer quickly. I even had to change the type of home loan in the middle of the purchase process and they just rolled with the changes. No banking institution is perfect however I have found Navy Federal very supportive and I like the banking relationship we have established

You have to Zelle from your savings which requires a transfer. I called today to ask if the fee could be reversed and my call "dropped" twice making it suspicious was hung up on. On a better note, I got my car financed there and rates are very competitive. The stay I have encountered inside the branches have been friendly.

I tried for a month to get ahold of someone during my 10 minute window of phone access and could never get anyone. Because I couldn't log in to pay my CC bill, they reported it 30 days late. My credit is now down 100 points because they remain committed not to helping me in any other way than in a store location (I am in an out of state academy) or over the phone (i am in a different time zone, despite weekly attempts to contact them and pay my bills This is an incredibly unhelpful bank and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The lady over the phone (Linda) I believe thats her name, said she can get me a non collateral loan for 6k. I run a business and didn't have time to upload the bank statements prior to our conversation. I proceeded to call her two days later to locate the email. She then sent it, but once I looked at it, it requested me to upload the title of my vehicle. I then called back and told her I thought this was a non collateral loan and why was her contract requesting me to upload my car title? She then told me, she just sent that email because I couldn't locate the last one. I then told her, I understand that, but the link in the email took me to a page that requested my drivers license, bank statements and car title. She said don't worry about the title, I stated ok. After I said ok, she thought she hung up the phone but didn't. She then proceeded to bash me to obviously the co-worker next to her. Saying "this guy was dumb" I told that guy I resent his email, he's acting stupid like he doesn't remember what we talked about. This guy is dumb, I don't think we're going to give him this loan if he can't remember. I then called back and told her, you forgot to hangup the phone, and I heard everything you said about me and I don't appreciate it. She then lies, and says she wasn't talking about me, although she restated everything I just talked to her about to her co-worker.
