Kathryn is by far the best! After attempting to work with several realtors on our recent cross country move from CA to NJ, my frustration level continued to rise. All were half-hearted in their attempts to address my needs and wants, and knew less than I did about their own markets. It was awful! When I contacted Kathryn about one of her listings, I immediately felt that she was different. Despite Kathryn not taking part in a USAA Buyer's Advantage program, in which I would get money back toward our purchase, I decided to use Kathryn exclusively. That's how comfortable I was with her! And despite being a top performer for her company, she always had time for me, even when my search dragged on for months! Not only was she extremely helpful during my long distance house hunt, she happily and without complaint drove all over central NJ with my 80 year old mom, and even more cantankerous 85 year old aunt, who were assisting in the hunt. When I finally arrived in NJ, after backing out of a home the day before closing (mold), she continued to lead my search for the right house, the challenge being far more difficult than it might have been, as I struggled to accommodate my special needs animals. Never once did Kathryn discount how important their needs were to me, unlike other realtors, who simply dismissed my concerns about the number of steps into the home, a flat yard, etc. Then, when negotiations stalled on our targeted home, she got the job done and we closed the deal. Throughout the closing process, Kathryn gave expert advice, yet always deferred to my wishes or desired course of action, even if it differed from her suggested path. Easy to work with and very pleasant to be around, this is the realtor who stands out from the pack. I HIGHLY recommend Kathryn!!
