I thought they could handle it! - They still have YET to complete the job and have stopped responding to my texts and calls. I have since canceled both of my credit cards that they are using so they cannot charge me anymore! - PATHETIC - DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO STARS! - They say they are "done" both of my sinks LEAK and there are holes in drywall where there were mistakes made and the won't even respond to me to work together to get this completed. Now I have to hire someone else to clean up THEIR MESS! BIGGEST PROBLEM is COMMUNICATION. They BARELY respond to a text message and when they do it's have this there in the morning, and they text me at 9pm! Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves. Tarps were laid out and they walked around both the barn and house multiple times with their magnet rollers, to ensure they don't miss any nails. We couldn't believe the quality of work they provided, and their character, kindness and professionalism was top-notch and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof replaced. Michael Ruggiero and his fiancée Danielle came out in the middle of October to perform the aeration and overseeding. They never mowed or filled in the depression in the backyard. We have been trying to contact them since Nov. 2025 by utilizing the e-mail address and phone numbers which they provided to us. To date as of March 2026, they haven't replied to any of the messages which we have left them. We have also sent them a certified letter with no response. There has been no communication from their side. They are holding on to part of our deposit which they haven't done any work for. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unreliability. Also, the fact that they are holding on to our money for services not provided and no refund.
