They charged over $30 to take down and replace my shower curtain rod, which was a tension rod, not screwed in. $40for the towel rack! They would leave my house to go to new jobs. I never saw an itemized estimate until they maxed out the insurance. They charged $25k for 4 days work to empty out my contents. That was 5-6 hrs a day and on day 3 they told me there were only 2 items left upstairs but milked it for a full day the next day. Then $25k for mitigation and wanted $29k to hang new Sheetrock on the ceilings, insulate, paint, windows and carpet. A private contractor told me he could have done everything for what they charged for 1 phase.

They had no gloves so I provided them with some. The young boys they left actually put his foot through my ceiling and didn't say anything! They didn't clear out the whole attic they left stuff up there. They never disinfected or plugged up holes and cracks. They they called Hubert to pick them ip and he was in Virginia!! The 2 ladies called an Uber but the boys got left hanging around in my house until their parent came an got them at 5.30!! This is so bizarre and unprofessional. We called you Hubert and said when are you coming back to finish the job and fix my ceiling he never returned our phone call or email then he proceeded to send a bill the following day for the remainder of the money. Our side deck collapsed, a week before Thanksgiving, we called Brinks, and they were able to destroy our old deck and build a beautiful new one , before Thanksgiving Day, when we where having company. They also redid our gutters, after a poor job from another contractor. We will be using Brink for any other jobs in the near future and would recommend them.
