I talked with some women that told me the biggest lies I have ever heard, just because she didn't give us all of the refills she was supposed to. I am old and don't drive on ice plus my husband has dementia's and I can't leave him at home alone. Why can't people just say "I made a mistake and I'm sorry " rather than making stupid stuff up and telling lies. I wouldn't be looking for a new drug store right now

Sometimes I purchase household items there when I just need a few things and don't feel like going to Target or Publix. Elizabeth at the front register is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered working a register. She knows which items you have that might be on sale and looks them up in the ad for you in no time flat. This is my only drugstore. They also have one or two Redbox units outside so I can get my medicine, some movies, and the popcorn to go with them. The drive-through isn't blazingly fast but when it comes to my medicine, I'd rather them take their time than to make a mistake. They are very good at their jobs.

We have had some issues come up but they have been great at working with me to resolve the issues. I will say getting through their phone process to speak to the staff can test your patience as it is time consuming and sometimes you get nowhere and hangup. I think this phone process is something put in place at the corporate level and not the store level because every person I have dealt with is pleasant and helpful.

Now I save my prescriptions and wait and take them to Pillbox even if its the next day. I never wait more than 15 to 20 minutes. I live about 15 to 20 minutes away and if I call it in its always ready by the time I get there. Once when I had a cold Ricky gave me a rx bottle of a medicine that was just called cold medicine #2. It only cost me a couple of dollars and really helped with my cold. I'm sure it was an over the counter preparation they have behind the counter but it came in a prescription bottle. This was before there were so many restrictions on pseudoephedrine. So it may not be available anymore but it meant a lot that he went out of his way to help me out. At the time I worked next door to him at Foodland but I don't think he knew that. Also I've compared prices and they are consistently cheaper by far than other pharmacies. Always use mom & pop health mart pharmacies. They are always cheaper than Walgreens or other large chain pharmacies. As long as Pillbox is in business they will always be my pharmacy.-Tony Fuqua
