Incredible service! Contacted them and they were there the next day. Hardest working and efficient crew we have ever experienced. Very pleasant and easy to talk to and answered all our questions easily. Were willing to work with us on not damaging or removing trees and/or our sidewalk, and took extra steps to prevent damage to our yard. Horribly rude owner! When I asked a question about the unnecessarily complex tub/shower faucets he insulted me, then cussed me out. Refused to guarantee the work, accusing me of sabatoging the installation. Way overpriced. Do not call these people! Zero stars, had to press 1 to register the review. read more

I had sewage backing up in the upstairs shower causing a leak in the ceiling. Assessment, action, and clean up was very professional. Did not have to deal with any bull crap. Did a great job in fixing my plumbing issues. They were very friendly and honest about what the problem was.

Payless quoted a great price to re-do our plumbing, then did the job quickly and well. However, they failed to give us a receipt, even after us calling the boss several times to try and get it. We needed the receipt for our case with our insurance company. Yet, well over a month later, we still don't have it to prove we fixed our plumbing. Bottom line: These guys work quick and do a good job but you might want to go elsewhere if you actually need a receipt for your records. Their workers don't carry receipt books with them, while everyone else we've worked with does. Something to consider. Or you could state upfront that you won't pay without a receipt. I wish we had, to avoid the delay with our case. I know I'll certainly remember this inconvenience going forward... read more
