I have called 9 times today and no one will answer. I gave up and called Whirlpool directly to schedule service. I have been with my fridge for 6 weeks now. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Guy took my number and said manager would call me back. I waited until the end of the day, no call. So I called again. Was simply told the schedule is full, call whirlpool. I hadn't put any pressure on quick fix or anything. So that means "We don't want your business." So even though Whirlpool lists C & J Electric as a service provider, that is only good if you purchased the actual appliance from them. I deserved the courtesy of a callback and honest answer rather than just being left to waste my day. This behavior ensures I would NEVER want to spend any money there, rather than pushing me to think I should buy there to know I would have service available.

Gave 2 star review for the workers who did our electric outlets to fan.. however. Misinformation…read moreand lack of explanation from the man I talked to on phone. Added two switches in two rooms equaling 4 total and two of them do not do anything at all cuz he failed to explain that it was wired for non remote fans only. Was told on the phone remote fans yet now trying to charge $180 to make the switchs work to the outlets like it originally was. It's a quick simple fix that should have been done originally. Two switch's didn't need to be installed if it had been explained correctly. I'm not an electrician.
