I looked at the reviews. I should have listened. I was in the area and found this shop on maps. I went in last week to grab a vape and the man said he had my usual vape brand/flavor in stock. Which made me happy. Then once I got home. I kept hitting my vape and it did not taste right. It tasted sour and weird. After reading more reviews on this business and doing my own personal research.. I definitely got sold a fake vape/expired vape. I went back to the smoke shop off of Adam's. Bought the same brand, same flavor... tried it and it was a completely different taste and even the color of the juice inside. Which made my assumption correct. These vapes look legit. They have the area where you can scratch off and get a code to verify if your vape is real or not. or EXPIRED. It was gross. Just go down brookhurst a mile or so and go to the next smoke shop/vape store. Do not waste your time or your money. I didn't even stop back in to try to get my money back or possibly get it exchanged. Again after reading the reviews it seems like the owner is a little slimy. MOST RECENT REVIEW: Everyone under here is bugging! I've never had issues here but the guy managing the store at the time was SUPER helpful and nice. His name was Kair. Something new was he told me I could smoke the two disposables I just purchased just in case they turn out to be defective, they can replace them right then and there. He assured me they get original products but they have people that walk out the store and then come back saying their product was "defective" and prob just switch it out w their old disposables. My go-to spot. Customer service is great -- very helpful and friendly. I've been here a few times and will continue to do so. I've never had a problem with my products there. Been here a handful of times and should have learned my lesson. If you need stuff in a pinch go here otherwise search elsewhere. Clerks are so bothered to help repeat paying customers that they sigh and scoff if I change my mind on an item they had to pull out. Just went to replace an item this morning 6/26/22 and it will be my last time after the clerk said I used an item too hard after it broke after 1 night of use. Other same heating elements have lasted years. Their cheap $20 heating Element techno lasted 12 hrs. Scorches (22.99) have lasted years. At first thought they were very professional and polite; however, I bought a stizzy from them last week and less than 2 days later it is broken. I went to go return it and got an exchange instead. that stizzy broke the same day. The magnet came off and I was able to pull the sleeve off the stizzy and see the wires. Tried to go see the manager and talk but had to wait 2-3 days until he was there and finally he is, just for him to tell me he can't help me because he already did an exchange even though I requested a refund since the start. NEVER buy batteries from this place because they are probably made in China and they were bought in bulk for cheap. I tried to be very polite and got treated with disrespect when I asked for a refund. Would not recommend to buy any sort of batteries or accessories from this place. Order them online or go to another smoke shop that won't have you stressed in the future when your product breaks. They also tax on all products, ordering online would be cheaper for most products. Stizzy colored batteries come out around 27-28 dollars. Way too expensive for broken products read more
