I stop by and this shop every now and then to pick up some incense for my garden. They have the largest variety I can find and at reasonable prices. I Was hesitant to continue coming back due to a heavy set guy that was working there. He was very impatient and his prices were inconsistent. I decided to try it out again and to my surprise he was not working. And received better customer service with this gentleman. He answered my questions and was very helpful. This place is always sparkling. This was a very welcoming experience and I think I will continue to come and support this local business. read more

Grand opening for this place right next to Green Girl Saloon at the cross streets of Beach and Hazard. This smoke shop is tucked away in the corner. This Smoke shop isn't seedy at all! It's actually one of the classier smoke shops I've been in! In search of garden incense and this place has the best local selection. Previously known as BB Smoke Shop, they've moved just a couple suites away in the same plaza conveniently located at the corner of Hazard and Beach. Seems to be under new management and the owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Glassware is really nice and decently priced! Good selection of kratom and CBD. In fact, they specialize in it! Haven't seen so many kratom options since my visit to San Francisco. Gotta visit this smoke shop.. it'll have you definitely "Feelin' right"! read more

I've been coming here for months. Last night I stopped by to buy a banger. I ended up buying something I liked but didn't really love. It was a wine glass banger that looked really cool but more of a novelty. Well I went back try to exchange it. I actually left the door today to exchange it with something 10x better...(cold start dabs are now my identity) AND a lil pipe as gift to a friend...in the past I've also bought a bad vape from them (wich happeneds from time to time) and they replaced it for me with out a hassle...if I need a good neighborhood shop, it's not this one. Shop located off busy Beach Blvd. Parking lot is busy in the evening so best time to stop by is during the day. I occasionally stop by when I'm in the area for sage. You wouldn't think they had sage here but this store actually carries some interesting items including sage. Very clean store and the staff is always polite. I've been to a lot of smoke shops in the area, and I can say that by far this is the worst place. The service they have his horrible there was a big guy that worked there, and he was awesome. I have not seen him in awhile. There prices are too high compared to other places I've been too. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They need to tighten up their customer service. read more

Up until recently, a friend would usually buy their vape products at this location, but I've noticed that from time to time, the same product has fluctuating prices. One time a certain item will cost $10 while the next week, it will cost $16. A couple weeks later, it will cost my friend $13. This shop was very cool when you come in and spend money on items you like and see. But when the items you purchased has defects and or not to your expectations. I had bought a puff co pro there when it first came out. Used it for bout a month in and started having some technical problems with the charger. I took it back and they didn't care to help me do anything with jt. So I continues to just use it as is. Now the connector from the puffco doesn't seem to make contact with the 3d atomizer that I bought from there as well 3x of them. But it's not the shops fault it's the manufacturers problem and I get that. But to go a little deeper. Since I can't use my puffco I decided to purchase a little water pipe. With a banger and the carb cap @$100 for both. The color looked cool In the display, it was dark grey like a window tint type color where you are still able to see inside. I took it home gave it a rinse and realized that it didn't look as good as the clear one. But the guy who sold it to me didn't pack the carb cap. I drive 11miles back there to collect my missing item and attempt to exchange the water pipe only for them to turn it down quickly and say there's water in it. Like bro if it was a major problem I would have made sure it was completely dry. I spend a lot of money with you guys the lease you can do is be courteous to a good customer. Estimate Puff co pro $500, 3D chamber x3 $300, quarts bangers and many many water pipes in all different range in sizes $1k + I've spent in 5/6 months. But thanks anyway read more
